definizione degli obiettivi. Perch\u00e9? \u2013 Quando gli OKR sono implementati in modo efficace, sono orientati al futuro e stimolanti, basati sulla collaborazione e sulla creativit\u00e0. Gli OKR nelle mani di leader e manager le cui teste sono in perfetta sintonia con i loro cuori portano a una performance magica.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sono appassionato. Quale azione ti porta a fare la tua passione? chiede Bono. Se il cuore non trova una rima perfetta con la testa, allora la tua passione non conta nulla. {OKR} ci offre un ambiente per il rischio, per la fiducia, quando fallire non \u00e8 un reato federale&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<cite>Bono-U2<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sono cresciuto con gli U2 e ho visto molti testi appassionati trasformarsi in maestose esibizioni sul palco e album da record. Frasi poetiche sposate con emozione che mescolano riff di chitarra che parlano all&#039;eterno. Suona e fonda il ritmo fondamentale come strumento per raggiungere la luna e oltre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La passione \u00e8 il primo ingrediente da versare nella coppa della definizione degli obiettivi, ma vale la pena ribadirlo:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;se il cuore non trova una rima perfetta con la testa allora la tua passione non conta nulla. La passione che rimane persistente come un sentimento nascosto composto da pensieri emotivi non pu\u00f2 tradursi in un&#039;azione significativa che cambia il corso delle organizzazioni e cambia il mondo. Leader e manager sono migliori quando sono appassionati e motivati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La passione deve essere fortificata con la struttura per fiorire. Intrinseco a questa struttura deve essere l&#039;azione, il tipo di azione che prende perpetuamente come metro di paragone l&#039;eccellenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La struttura per\u00f2 non deve essere troppo rigida \u2013 come ha esclamato Bill James :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;La standardizzazione porta alla rigidit\u00e0 e la rigidit\u00e0 fa s\u00ec che le cose si rompano<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Giacomo<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci\u00f2 parla direttamente del delicato equilibrio tra leadership (ispirazione) e gestione (controllo). Troppa rigidit\u00e0 per lunghi periodi di tempo a scapito della creativit\u00e0 e della collaborazione demotiva e stanca proprio le persone di cui hai bisogno per essere al meglio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;altra parte, troppa ispirazione e troppo poche regole (SOPS, misure di sicurezza, controlli finanziari) creano caos e danni. \u00c8 davvero un&#039;arte raggiungere un sano equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intessuto attraverso tutte le SOPS e altre regole deve essere il rispetto per le persone, la cura sincera e la condivisione di valori e sogni affinch\u00e9 sia infuso con i giusti livelli di energia per mantenerlo. Leader e manager sono i custodi della cultura del business alimentata dallo scopo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un quadro di definizione degli obiettivi deve essere abbastanza flessibile da consentire la collaborazione, la rotazione quando richiesto, la risoluzione creativa dei problemi e una mentalit\u00e0 di crescita positiva per prosperare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una discreta dose di passione e ispirazione deve fluire attraverso la struttura della definizione degli obiettivi affinch\u00e9 sia una fonte di energia e motivazione che culmini in prestazioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poich\u00e9 i framework OKR sono orientati al futuro, guidati dalla passione, basati sulla collaborazione ma strutturati, questo ibrido di abitudine e passione lo rende la &quot;rockstar della definizione degli obiettivi&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perch\u00e9 alcuni Rockstar superano gli altri per decenni e perch\u00e9 alcuni leader e manager superano gli altri? \u2013 quando la visione e lo scopo sono superiori al s\u00e9 quando i valori radicano pensieri eterei appassionati e li trasformano in magia pratica, allora, e solo allora, una crescita di 10 volte pu\u00f2 essere non solo una possibilit\u00e0 ma una realt\u00e0 sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obiettivi e risultati chiave iniziano con un forte perch\u00e9 (scopo). Ci\u00f2 garantisce impatto e lavoro significativo. Poich\u00e9 gli obiettivi sono diretti al futuro, crea eccitazione soprattutto quando \u00e8 significativo ed \u00e8 di vasta portata. I risultati chiave sono specifici e aggiungono l&#039;elemento di messa a fuoco. Per raggiungere la grandezza \u00e8 necessaria una concentrazione da lazer e i risultati chiave sono punti focali chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR possono essere applicati individualmente allo sviluppo personale, possono essere applicati a qualsiasi organizzazione e non sono limitati dal settore, gli OKR sono illimitati, quindi ha la comprovata capacit\u00e0 di assistere in scatti di crescita 10 volte superiori (Google e molti altri casi di studio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diventa un esperto OKR seguendo la nostra serie di corsi OKR pratici:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come con qualsiasi altro strumento per le prestazioni, \u00e8 valido solo quanto la persona o il team che lo utilizza. Le capacit\u00e0 di leadership sono il singolo fattore pi\u00f9 importante quando si tratta di esecuzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le prestazioni aziendali e\/o aziendali sostenibili riguardano un ecosistema di elementi completamente integrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In presenza di prestazioni elevate costanti \u00e8 molto probabile che:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 presente una forte leadership (ispirazione)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gestione \u00e8 buona (i controlli sono in atto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viene condivisa una ricerca guidata dalla passione per l&#039;eccellenza del prodotto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vengono praticamente applicati valori condivisi e non negoziabili&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La creativit\u00e0 e la collaborazione sono incoraggiate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il
