fabbrica di wafer. &#039;Un altro giorno noioso, facendo la stessa cosa allo stesso modo, stava pensando e sospirando mentre segnava il giorno lavorativo numero 2091. Almeno lo stipendio \u00e8 ok - stava cercando di inserire un pensiero positivo tra il bombardamento della negativit\u00e0 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David stava cercando di evitare il direttore di produzione mentre stava martellando su uno degli obiettivi trimestrali di ridurre gli scarti di qualit\u00e0, ma \u00e8 stato sfortunato, in pratica \u00e8 entrato in un incontro a sorpresa organizzato dallo stesso direttore di produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualcosa era diverso, il direttore di produzione aveva un enorme sorriso stampato in faccia e i suoi occhi brillavano di energia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;S\u00ec, come previsto, vi ricorder\u00f2 i nostri obiettivi critici per questo trimestre ei risultati chiave di supporto, ma c&#039;\u00e8 qualcosa che devo condividere\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ho riflettuto a lungo sul motivo per cui chiediamo uno sforzo maggiore da parte tua come squadra. Una cosa di cui sono sempre stato molto orgoglioso \u00e8 il numero di posti di lavoro che creiamo in questa comunit\u00e0. Va pi\u00f9 in profondit\u00e0, per ogni lavoro che creiamo nutriamo e responsabilizziamo una famiglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aggiungere significato al lavoro<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al momento abbiamo oltre undicimila dipendenti in tutti i turni, il che significa che questa azienda nutre undicimila famiglie in questa comunit\u00e0. Questo va oltre il semplice pagamento degli stipendi, questo \u00e8 un vero impatto microeconomico, questo \u00e8 un vero impatto sociale. Questo \u00e8 uno scopo critico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo \u00e8 il vero scopo del nostro lavoro, nutriamo le famiglie, mandiamo i bambini a scuola. Ecco perch\u00e9 vengo a lavorare, ecco perch\u00e9 porto amore nel cuore per quello che faccio. Questo mi d\u00e0 l&#039;energia per perseguire obiettivi e risultati chiave perch\u00e9 quando li realizziamo diamo da mangiare a pi\u00f9 famiglie mentre rendiamo felici i nostri clienti\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;istinto naturale e iniziale di David era quello di creare uno scudo mentale di negativit\u00e0 - &quot;Solo parole per manipolarci, dammi solo il mio stipendio&quot;, era il chiacchiericcio mentale che andava avanti nella sua mente. Eppure oggi era diverso, le parole dei direttori di produzione erano sincere, ed era vero ora che ci pensava David, questa azienda nutre undicimila famiglie, e s\u00ec, \u00e8 qualcosa di cui andare fieri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il direttore di produzione abbass\u00f2 la voce mentre le parole cariche di emozione gli uscivano dalla lingua: &#039;Quindi non stiamo riducendo gli scarti di qualit\u00e0 solo per risparmiare sui costi. NO! Stiamo riducendo gli scarti di qualit\u00e0 in modo che le undicimila famiglie che nutriamo possano essere orgogliose di ci\u00f2 che rappresentiamo. La qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 un principio di famiglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con quelle parole, l&#039;energia nella stanza si \u00e8 alzata in modo tangibile. Un senso di scopo \u00e8 stato sentito collettivamente.
