class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come applicare gli indicatori Leading e Lagging in tre semplici passaggi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensa a un&#039;azienda come a un&#039;auto. Qualunque cosa tu veda nello specchietto retrovisore sono indicatori in ritardo. Ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 sulla strada da percorrere sono indicatori anticipatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernard Marr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Possiamo applicare solo ci\u00f2 che comprendiamo \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Comprendere la differenza tra indicatori Leading e Lagging.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una parte fondamentale della gestione delle prestazioni consiste nel misurare le azioni dei membri del team utilizzando indicatori leading e lagging. In primo luogo, le prestazioni di successo riguardano principalmente l&#039;esecuzione della strategia. L&#039;obiettivo dei framework OKR sono gli indicatori anticipatori e nel caso dei KPI si tratta principalmente di indicatori ritardati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;azione mirata, assegnata la priorit\u00e0 in base al suo impatto in relazione alla visione, agli obiettivi e ad altri traguardi dell&#039;azienda, tende a portare a prestazioni costanti. La misurazione delle azioni prioritarie dovrebbe essere un punto focale per quanto riguarda la gestione delle prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In generale, la misurazione della performance riguarda innanzitutto la definizione degli obiettivi e degli indicatori corretti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli indicatori anticipatori sono ambiziosi e orientati al futuro. Gli indicatori in ritardo osservano le performance passate. Cercando di raggiungere qualsiasi obiettivo futuro, abbiamo bisogno di formulare indicatori anticipatori a sostegno di ci\u00f2 e monitorare i progressi verso lo stesso obiettivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A \u2013 Un esempio di indicatore Lagging<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valutazione della media delle vendite di un membro del team (affari chiusi come percentuale di consultazioni) \u00e8 un indicatore ritardato in quanto misura le prestazioni passate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B \u2013 Un esempio di indicatore anticipatore<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;aumento o il miglioramento della soddisfazione dell&#039;utente\/cliente, misurata da un sondaggio e altri risultati, come ad esempio la semplificazione delle procedure di pagamento per gli acquisti online, sono indicatori orientati al miglioramento futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da quanto sopra, dovrebbe essere chiaro che gli indicatori anticipatori sono pi\u00f9 proattivi, orientati al futuro, stimolanti e strategici.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Applicazione sia dei framework OKR che dei KPI <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 bene misurare le performance storiche come le vendite; allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 bene tenere traccia dei progressi e dei miglioramenti orientati al futuro che porterebbero anche a un miglioramento delle cifre di vendita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un framework OKR pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per &quot;guarire&quot; un malsano KPI (indicatore di ritardo), dimostrando che l&#039;interazione e l&#039;integrazione di un framework OKR e KPI pu\u00f2 essere un esercizio fruttuoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dai un&#039;occhiata a uno strumento di gestione delle prestazioni come FlowyTeam che distribuisce sia framework OKR che KPI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/\">https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&#039;Cambiare con i proiettili, non con le bombe&#039; \u2013 Troppe informazioni e il tentativo di tenere traccia di troppi indicatori possono essere travolgenti. Pianificare attentamente gli indicatori da utilizzare (in base al loro impatto) e limitarli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se, ad esempio, hai deciso un obiettivo ma complichi le cose assegnando otto risultati chiave a un obiettivo, potrebbe benissimo portare alla &quot;paralisi dell&#039;analisi&quot;. Sconfiggendo cos\u00ec l&#039;obiettivo di avere anche un quadro di prestazioni in atto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pi\u00f9 obiettivi, risultati chiave e KPI hai combinato con gli elenchi di attivit\u00e0, minori sono le possibilit\u00e0 di esecuzione. Quando si tratta di framework delle prestazioni, \u00e8 meglio concentrarsi su un numero inferiore di metriche ma di grande impatto che ti avvicinino al raggiungimento della tua visione aziendale definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Garantire l&#039;esecuzione della strategia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dai la priorit\u00e0 alle attivit\u00e0 e alle azioni che hanno il maggior rendimento quando si tratta di risultati. Comunicazione ispiratrice, controlli regolari e supporto possono fare molto per garantire l&#039;esecuzione. In questo modo, non solo l&#039;esecuzione \u00e8 assicurata, ma anche la qualit\u00e0 della stessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priorit\u00e0, allineamento e semplicit\u00e0 sono elementi critici dell&#039;esecuzione da considerare quando si crea un piano d&#039;azione. \u00c8 una buona strategia da considerare per includere sempre l&#039;esecuzione in qualsiasi piano strategico. Al termine della fase di pianificazione, anche se si tratta di piccoli passi, \u00e8 fondamentale che avvenga immediatamente un&#039;azione. Eventuali ritardi causano non solo una perdita di slancio, ma aumentano la minaccia di non eseguire affatto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopotutto, gli indicatori sono validi solo se c&#039;\u00e8 qualcosa da misurare.
