Piuttosto fagli desiderare il mare lontano e infinito\u201d<\/p><cite>(Antoine de Saint-Exup\u00e9ry)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le persone veramente ispirate tendono ad agire pi\u00f9 velocemente e con maggiore chiarezza poich\u00e9 hanno una visione chiara soprattutto nelle loro menti. I membri del team che vanno a lavorare esclusivamente per guadagnare uno stipendio tendono a essere demotivati e ad agire lentamente o senza agire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando i veri leader e i manager forti coinvolgono i membri del team, faranno bene a ricordare che il livello di ispirazione dei loro colleghi membri del team \u00e8 loro responsabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Fare desiderare al tuo team il mare lontano e infinito&quot; significa &quot;vendere&quot; la visione avvincente e stimolante dell&#039;azienda ai membri del team e ottenere il loro pieno impegno nei suoi confronti. Una volta che i membri del team hanno pienamente accettato la visione dell&#039;azienda che raggiunge altri obiettivi, OKR e KPI diventano relativamente pi\u00f9 semplici. Il carattere \u00e8 l&#039;opposto dell&#039;immagine: l&#039;immagine \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che vogliamo che le persone pensino di noi; il carattere \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che siamo veramente. Quando i leader agiscono con coraggio, determinazione, competenza e integrit\u00e0, favoriscono la fiducia tra i membri del team. Quando queste azioni sono coerenti, \u00e8 possibile ottenere piena fiducia da tutte le parti interessate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando gli obiettivi strategici vengono presentati al team, &quot;filtreranno&quot; le informazioni attraverso i loro livelli di fiducia nella leadership, attraverso le loro emozioni, convinzioni e paure. \u00c8 una leadership proattiva garantire che tutto quanto sopra sia affrontato in modo coerente attraverso comportamenti di leadership, coaching e comunicazione con integrit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con mezzi sforzi o impegni poco convinti, si pu\u00f2 ottenere ben poco. I leader devono essere l&#039;esempio vivente di essere pienamente impegnati nel raggiungimento degli OKR e di altri macro o micro obiettivi rilevanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;apatia (non preoccuparsi) \u00e8 l&#039;opposto dell&#039;impegno e nemmeno il semplice coinvolgimento attivo garantisce prestazioni eccellenti. Solo un vero impegno in cui tutte le risorse sono applicate alla loro massima forza positiva verso il raggiungimento degli OKR genera un alto grado di certezza di prestazioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-executive-summary\"><strong>Sintesi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il lavoro ispirato e alimentato dallo scopo costituisce una potente combinazione per ottenere eccellenti risultati OKR. Un&#039;eccellente leadership manageriale \u00e8 un requisito essenziale per raggiungere i risultati di cui sopra. Competenza, carattere e impegno sono tratti caratteriali chiave di un Manager-Leader efficace che deve essere praticato costantemente come mezzo per garantire risultati sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
