Inizialmente, il tuo team \u00e8 fiducioso per quanto riguarda le prestazioni OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il tempo rivela che ci sono problemi di certificazione del prodotto che ne ritardano l&#039;immissione sul mercato. I costi di marketing e le relative spese iniziano ad accumularsi prima che un&#039;unit\u00e0 di prodotto venga venduta. I livelli di eccitazione cominciano a calare man mano che si realizza che i guadagni della commissione percepita non sono solo ritardati ma minacciati. Di conseguenza, le prestazioni OKR del team entrano in una spirale discendente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;entusiasmo \u00e8 sempre positivo, ma se non \u00e8 sostenuto da un serio impegno nei confronti della visione, dei valori e degli OKR dell&#039;azienda, inizier\u00e0 a scomparire non appena si presenteranno delle sfide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;entusiasmo non \u00e8 mai abbastanza, ricorda sempre che i livelli di impegno sincero e forte combinati con l&#039;entusiasmo formano una potente combinazione per il raggiungimento di OKR, obiettivi e KPI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crea entusiasmo attraverso l&#039;innovazione e il miglioramento continuo, ma promuovi sempre un impegno allineato attraverso il coinvolgimento delle parti interessate, un sistema di valori forte e condiviso e una visione e uno scopo stimolanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puoi leggere di pi\u00f9 sul valore esponenziale degli impegni assunti e mantenuti dal management e dai membri del team qui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2003\/06\/managing-by-commitments\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2003\/06\/managing-by-commitments<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La mancanza di priorit\u00e0 porta a una mancanza di concentrazione.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;azione ha la meglio sulla filosofia quando si tratta di raggiungere il successo, ma c&#039;\u00e8 una stampa fine su questo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 probabile che un&#039;azione prioritaria e attentamente ponderata porti a un successo sostenibile. L&#039;azione puramente fine a se stessa non sar\u00e0 sufficiente e alla fine porter\u00e0 a una perdita di concentrazione e di urgenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Festeggia sinceramente le &quot;piccole vittorie sulla strada per trasformare i tuoi OKR e la tua visione in realt\u00e0 e ricompensa in modo specifico le azioni che realizzano il massimo ritorno sull&#039;investimento&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si applica il principio di Pareto: \u00e8 comune che solo 20% delle azioni intraprese producano 80% dei risultati. \u00c8 dovere della leadership scoprire esattamente quali sono le azioni 20% che producono il maggior numero di risultati e instillare una forte attenzione su di esse. L&#039;uso efficace del principio di Pareto pu\u00f2 migliorare notevolmente le prestazioni di OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ricerca dei guasti invece del pensiero orientato alla soluzione<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo le neuroscienze, l&#039;essere umano medio ha oltre 70.000 pensieri al giorno di cui oltre 70% sono negativi. Di conseguenza, \u00e8 una tendenza umana naturale concentrarsi sulla ricerca di difetti che non \u00e8 necessariamente sempre una cosa negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finch\u00e9 la tua cultura aziendale \u00e8 di natura tale che i membri del team sono sia incoraggiati che influenzati a trovare soluzioni e implementarle con successo, allora &quot;la ricerca di errori \u00e8 in realt\u00e0 un elemento positivo&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ricerca dei guasti senza l&#039;immediata applicazione di eventuali soluzioni crea una spirale negativa e danneggia irreparabilmente la cultura aziendale nel tempo. Semplicemente non permettere ai membri del team di impegnarsi in sproloqui negativi senza trovare soluzioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando le soluzioni offerte dai membri del team vengono implementate e si traducono in un successo, ricompensali profumatamente per la loro &quot;creativit\u00e0 guidata dai risultati&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sintesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sfide vengono presentate quando si considerano prestazioni coerenti ed eccellenti quando si tratta di raggiungere OKR e altre metriche. Possono comparire numerosi &quot;segnali d&#039;allarme&quot;, ma quelli critici da affrontare sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Grande eccitazione ma basso
