class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Per un futuro aziendale sostenibile \u00e8 necessario un cambio di paradigma dalla scelta dei profitti a scapito delle persone alla creazione sia di profitti che di una cultura del lavoro impegnata e stimolante. I framework OKR sono eccellenti catalizzatori per la gestione di questo cambio di paradigma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;L&#039;unico obiettivo di alcune aziende \u00e8 il profitto. Questa mentalit\u00e0 esiste a spese delle persone e non a beneficio delle persone. D&#039;altra parte, \u00e8 necessaria solo una logica di base per capire che senza profitti decenti e sostenuti la tua capacit\u00e0 di assumere pi\u00f9 persone e di migliorare l&#039;esperienza lavorativa e la vita della tua attuale forza lavoro \u00e8 gravemente compromessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp; People vs Profit \u2013 Un approccio equilibrato.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopotutto, sono le persone che eseguono le proprie capacit\u00e0 a generare profitti. Pertanto il dibattito dovrebbe essere rinominato da People vs Profit a People and Profits per spostare l&#039;attenzione dalla scelta dell&#039;uno a scapito dell&#039;altro all&#039;integrazione di entrambi gli elementi per il bene superiore di tutti gli interessati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I profondi positivi derivano dal cambio di paradigma dal credere di dover scegliere l&#039;uno sull&#039;altro alla comprensione che i profitti, le carriere appaganti e le iniziative possono essere un&#039;esperienza integrata e sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persone e profitto \u2013 Pragmatismo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parlare e sognare di questa &quot;utopia&quot; di un business in cui tutti sono impegnati, felici, pagati equamente e l&#039;azienda sta vivendo una crescita enorme e sostenibile \u00e8 molto facile. Trasformare questo sogno in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 un&#039;altra questione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobbiamo considerare l&#039;inclusivit\u00e0, la diversit\u00e0, i percorsi di carriera, il benessere mentale, l&#039;impatto ambientale, la sicurezza e altro ancora nel contesto dei meccanismi di capitale, dei quadri giuridici, delle forze di mercato esterne e dell&#039;ambiente globale instabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 semplicemente normale provare un senso di sopraffazione quando si contempla tutto quanto sopra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persone e profitto \u2013 Un ecosistema<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il paradigma delle persone e del profitto che stiamo esplorando \u00e8 un ecosistema integrato. Alcuni leader vedono &quot;un pezzo del puzzle come il puzzle&quot; e credono, ad esempio, che il business riguardi solo vendite con margini elevati o vendite voluminose con margini bassi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettere uno sforzo enorme nell&#039;assumere le persone giuste (persone con integrit\u00e0, l&#039;atteggiamento giusto, ecc.), creare una cultura all&#039;interno della quale i tuoi team possano prosperare, abbracciare utili iniziative di cambiamento, servire la leadership, promuovere la collaborazione e un sistema di valori condivisi, fornire supporto coaching, eccellenza del prodotto\/servizio, strategia ed esecuzione sono solo per citarne alcuni, parte di questo ecosistema. Il tuo sistema di valori pratico pu\u00f2 fungere da filtro efficace per valutare la qualit\u00e0 di tutte le azioni intraprese e per garantire l&#039;allineamento dell&#039;azione alla tua cultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La visione e lo scopo della tua azienda (significato e impatto) possono potenzialmente essere sia fonte d&#039;ispirazione che catalizzatori per la generazione di profitto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un obiettivo potrebbe essere quello di far crescere la tua base di clienti, a supporto un esempio di un risultato chiave potrebbe essere quello di aumentare gli utenti a pagamento da 200.000 a 800.000. Quando questo sar\u00e0 raggiunto, i profitti netti aumenteranno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando questo esempio OKR viene implementato all&#039;interno di una cultura positiva in cui la collaborazione \u00e8 incoraggiata, le persone sono curate e istruite, i valori condivisi sono incorporati e i membri del team sono ispirati da un&#039;entusiasmante visione futura sostenuta da uno scopo sincero, il successo non avverr\u00e0 a scapito di persone, accadr\u00e0 come risultato delle persone e per le persone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allo stesso tempo, un altro obiettivo all&#039;interno di un framework OKR che potrebbe essere implementato all&#039;interno della stessa azienda che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 orientato alle persone \u00e8 migliorare l&#039;esperienza di onboarding dei nuovi assunti. Rendere l&#039;esperienza di onboarding stimolante ed efficace in termini di coaching e supporto pu\u00f2 aiutare a creare una forza lavoro motivata che alla fine produce maggiori profitti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto sopra dimostra che anche un obiettivo pi\u00f9 &quot;orientato al profitto&quot; pu\u00f2 essere mitigato e integrato con una cultura &quot;orientata alle persone&quot; e che l&#039;orientamento delle persone e l&#039;orientamento al profitto non si escludono a vicenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leggi questo
