Le riunioni lunghe senza un&#039;agenda e le riunioni non allineate alla visione, ai valori e agli obiettivi dell&#039;azienda tendono a non avere un ritorno sull&#039;investimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entra in ogni impegno con un periodo di tempo, risultati e un&#039;agenda chiari in mente e rimarrai sorpreso da ci\u00f2 che pu\u00f2 essere fatto in modo pi\u00f9 efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il pericolo \u00e8 che diventiamo troppo rigidi e troppo restrittivi nel nostro approccio alla comunicazione quando perseguiamo un ritorno sull&#039;investimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;\u00e8 sempre tempo per un po&#039; di chiacchiere, concediti sempre abbastanza tempo per divertirti e goditi il processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sintesi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la fase di avvio di un&#039;impresa possono sorgere sfide infinite e persino inaspettate.
