I due cercano di trasmettere ci\u00f2 che un gruppo o un&#039;associazione sta tentando di realizzare, adattare quel lavoro dipartimentale al sistema e misurare tutti i progressi essenziali ancora nell&#039;aria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differenziazione tra obiettivi e risultati chiave con Balanced ScoreCard:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Obiettivi e risultati chiave) e BSC (Balance Scorecard) sono strumenti per aiutare le organizzazioni a raggiungere gli obiettivi o gli obiettivi previsti; l&#039;unica differenza \u00e8 l&#039;approccio. Il processo BSC parte dalla visione e dalla missione, poi diventa un obiettivo a lungo termine da raggiungere quantitativamente, poi ridotto a un obiettivo a breve termine (di solito un anno), e determinato in quattro prospettive della Balanced Scorecard.
