Entrambi servono come misura del sistema di prestazioni target di un dipendente o di un team. Inoltre, strategie, obiettivi e obiettivi costruiscono per vedere lo sviluppo del business nell&#039;azienda in cui lavorano i dipendenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definire l&#039;esistenza di OKR e KPI nel potenziamento del sistema aziendale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un&#039;altra differenza riguarda la frequenza di invio e segnalazione dei dati. Ogni KPI ha una frequenza diversa ed \u00e8 generalmente pi\u00f9 lungo, ad esempio un trimestre e pi\u00f9 spesso ogni anno. Gli obiettivi sono scritti separatamente all&#039;interno dei KPI, mentre in OKR i voti o le scadenze vengono registrati tutti in una volta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inoltre, il sistema KPI \u00e8 generalmente associato ai bonus, mentre in OKR non \u00e8 100% associato ai premi. Si raccomanda di non essere associati ai bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel frattempo, KPI utilizza un approccio top-down derivato dal livello sopra nella sua preparazione. Nel frattempo, OKR generalmente utilizza un approccio dal basso verso l&#039;alto o laterale, vale a dire input dal livello inferiore, oppure pu\u00f2 essere laterale, ovvero la collaborazione di altre unit\u00e0. Confronta questo con OKR, che \u00e8 ambizioso nel cuore, a volte persino irrealistico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formando OKR e KPI <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/it\/what-is-okr\/\">I KPI bilanciano qualit\u00e0 e quantit\u00e0 e il loro raggiungimento deve essere 100%. In OKR, non deve essere bilanciato e il suo raggiungimento a 60-70% \u00e8 considerato buono.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potenziando a fondo il sistema implementando gli OKR, c&#039;\u00e8 un&#039;opzione per cui cerchiamo di lottare: la prima opzione, implementare il sistema OKR in totale e il vecchio sistema in uso. Questa persona deve anche prestare attenzione alle metriche sul cruscotto della sua auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se qualcuno vuole raggiungere rapidamente la propria destinazione, cosa succede se ignora la metrica del gas esausto? Nel frattempo, KPI \u00e8 uno strumento per verificare se noi e le cose necessarie per raggiungere quell&#039;obiettivo siamo a posto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Somiglianze OKR e KPI&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR rappresenta le scelte delle aziende in merito all&#039;allocazione di tempo ed energia e rende pi\u00f9 facile coordinare un&#039;azione individuale, di squadra e di reparto per raggiungere gli obiettivi a livello aziendale. Questi due quadri sono complementari tra loro. OKR e KPI hanno qualcosa in comune. La somiglianza nella lettera &quot;K&quot; \u00e8 chiave. Le chiavi in OKR e KPI indicano indicatori misurabili e danno priorit\u00e0 alle parti su cui concentrarsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;uso di OKR e KPI offre entrambi vantaggi nella loro implementazione. Questi KPI tendono ad essere gli stessi da un trimestre all&#039;altro. Quindi, entrambi sono ugualmente bravi, aiutando l&#039;azienda a raggiungere i suoi obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per quanto riguarda gli obiettivi, KPI e OKR non hanno una grande differenza.
