aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se sei pronto a mettere in atto gli OKR, ti consigliamo di pianificare l&#039;implementazione di OKR nella tua azienda. Supponendo che tu abbia fatto una formazione (o fatto la tua ricerca), e tutti capiscano e siano a bordo per gli OKR, scegli il tuo approccio al primo ciclo OKR con molta attenzione. La prima volta che provi un ciclo OKR, \u00e8 probabile che tu fallisca. Questa \u00e8 una situazione pericolosa, poich\u00e9 il tuo team potrebbe rimanere deluso dall&#039;approccio e non essere disposto a intraprenderlo di nuovo. Non vuoi perdere uno strumento forte semplicemente perch\u00e9 ci vuole un po&#039; di tempo per padroneggiarlo. Esistono tre approcci che utilizzerai per ridurre questo rischio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Chiedi a un team di adottare gli OKR prima che lo faccia l&#039;intera azienda.<\/strong> Scegli un team indipendente che abbia tutti i talenti per realizzare i propri obiettivi. Non scegliere una squadra rotta; scegli un team sano e performante che ama il miglioramento continuo. Aspetta un ciclo o due finch\u00e9 non perfezionano il loro approccio e poi strombazzano il loro successo. I team saranno desiderosi di sperimentare lo stesso tipo di successo e consensi e saranno pi\u00f9 disposti ad adottare gli OKR. Nel corso degli anni, questo ha dimostrato di essere l&#039;approccio di maggior successo all&#039;adozione degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Inizia con un solo OKR per l&#039;intera azienda.<\/strong> Impostando un obiettivo facile per l&#039;azienda, il tuo team vede il capo squadra mantenere uno standard elevato. Non sar\u00e0 sorpreso quando il prossimo trimestre verr\u00e0 chiesto loro di provare a fare un equivalente. E non applicandolo a cascata, semplificate entrambi l&#039;implementazione e vedete quale gruppo allineer\u00e0 il proprio lavoro all&#039;OKR e chi avr\u00e0 bisogno di coaching. Questo \u00e8 un buon approccio se sei un&#039;azienda relativamente piccola che ha bisogno di attenzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Inizia applicando OKR ai progetti, al fine di formare le persone sulla mentalit\u00e0 Obiettivo-Risultato.<\/strong> Ogni volta che hai una proposta di progetto, chiedi: &quot;Qual \u00e8 l&#039;obiettivo di questo progetto?&quot; e &quot;Come sapremo tutti se ci siamo riusciti?&quot; Questo approccio funziona bene con le aziende che non sono abituate a essere guidate dai dati. Una volta che le persone imparano a valutare le proprie attivit\u00e0 quotidiane misurando l&#039;impatto che hanno, \u00e8 possibile introdurre gli OKR come un modo per guidare la strategia in tutta l&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iniziando in piccolo e concentrandoti sull&#039;apprendimento di come funzioneranno gli OKR nella tua organizzazione, aumenti le possibilit\u00e0 che la tua azienda adotti un approccio basato sui risultati e riduca il pericolo di un team disilluso. Non cercare di implementare gli OKR in tutta l&#039;azienda tutti in una volta. Negli ultimi sei anni aiutando le aziende ad adottare gli OKR, continuo a ricevere la stessa storia. Alzo il telefono e sento: \u201cAbbiamo provato gli OKR ed \u00e8 andata male. Le squadre non vogliono pi\u00f9 usarli\u201d. Ho gi\u00e0 detto che gli OKR sono semplici e difficili. Anche correre una maratona \u00e8 semplice e difficile. Non provi a farlo in una volta sola. Ti costruisci fino ad esso. Le aziende cercano di tuffarsi nella parte pi\u00f9 profonda del pool con gli OKR. Quindi rallenta la produttivit\u00e0 e frustra l&#039;intera azienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 meglio iniziare con un piccolo progetto pilota ed evitare alcuni di questi problemi: I team di supporto hanno difficolt\u00e0 ad allinearsi agli OKR aziendali. Questo ha senso, dal momento che la finanza, le risorse umane e l&#039;assistenza clienti sono molto pi\u00f9 preoccupate di tenere le luci accese. Nei primi mesi del passaggio agli OKR, \u00e8 meglio lasciare i team di supporto concentrati sulle metriche di salute e non preoccuparsi degli OKR. \u00c8 difficile capire quali risultati chiave siano buoni indicatori di successo. Molte aziende vogliono utilizzare gli OKR per essere pi\u00f9 informate sui dati, ma questo \u00e8 arretrato. Devi imparare quali metriche contano prima di decidere quali vuoi far crescere e quali vuoi proteggere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molte aziende che adottano gli OKR vogliono provarli alla perfezione. Ma la perfezione \u00e8 un&#039;illusione che ti impedisce di arrivare a un semplice punto di partenza da cui puoi crescere. Chiediti: &quot;Qual \u00e8 la linea di partenza pi\u00f9 piccola possibile per iniziare il mio viaggio verso il successo?&quot; Quindi fallo, impara dall&#039;esperienza e dai un&#039;occhiata ai passaggi successivi. Sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 lento ma sar\u00e0 anche migliore e pi\u00f9 robusto e avr\u00e0 rendimenti maggiori.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
