href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/it\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okrs-objective\/\">5 caratteristiche di un buon OKR<\/a> risultato chiave. Scopriamo insieme i 5 aspetti di un bene&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/it\/what-is-okr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR<\/a>. I tuoi OKR esistenti riflettono tutti i punti seguenti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-measurable\">1. Misurabile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innanzitutto, i risultati chiave devono essere misurabili. Ciascun risultato chiave deve essere in grado di misurare i progressi e il successo del team. L&#039;avanzamento del risultato chiave deve avere un valore unitario quantitativo per consentirne il calcolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-clear\">2. Cancella<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I risultati chiave devono essere chiari e facilmente comunicabili. \u00c8 necessario definire chiaramente il valore iniziale e il valore target per misurare l&#039;avanzamento del risultato chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-connected\">3. Connesso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il risultato chiave deve essere collegato in modo trasparente all&#039;obiettivo. Il Risultato Chiave non pu\u00f2 esistere da solo senza essere collegato ad alcun Obiettivo. Il raggiungimento di ogni Risultato Chiave determina il successo di ogni Obiettivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-time-bound\">4. Limitato nel tempo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Result deve essere limitato nel tempo con l&#039;ora di inizio e di fine per tutte le attivit\u00e0 di Key Result. I membri del team devono completare tutte le attivit\u00e0 di Key Result entro il periodo di tempo definito per essere conteggiate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-challenging\">5. Impegnativo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il risultato chiave deve essere impegnativo per soddisfare la natura degli obiettivi impegnativi di OKR. C&#039;\u00e8 un&#039;alta probabilit\u00e0 che l&#039;organizzazione non raggiunga gli obiettivi desiderati se il risultato chiave non \u00e8 cos\u00ec impegnativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ogni volta che hai completato la scrittura dei tuoi risultati chiave, assicurati che soddisfi queste cinque caratteristiche. Per avere buoni OKR complessivi, \u00e8 necessario disporre di una serie di obiettivi merci abbinati a buoni risultati chiave.
