pi\u00f9 serie, era chiaro che gli impatti sull&#039;economia e sul business sarebbero stati enormi, quindi avremmo dovuto tenere d&#039;occhio anche le nostre crisi OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una domanda che i nostri clienti hanno iniziato a farci \u00e8: cosa faremo con il nostro <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/it\/what-is-okr\/\">OKR<\/a>? Dovremmo buttarlo fuori?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presto ho pensato di scrivere un articolo su come utilizzare gli OKR in tempi di crisi, ma ho avuto un problema: non sapevo molto sulla gestione degli OKR in tempi di crisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come manager o imprenditore non avevo mai vissuto una crisi, tanto meno di queste proporzioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cos\u00ec ho deciso di studiare di pi\u00f9, parlare con altri manager e specialisti del settore, approfondire e fare dei test con i nostri clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sulla base della teoria e della pratica, ho messo insieme quelle che credo siano pratiche accettabili sull&#039;uso degli OKR in momenti come questo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-don-t-delay-to-act\">Non tardare ad agire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se &quot;<em>Il denaro \u00e8 re<\/em>\u201c, possiamo dire che il tempo \u00e8 la regina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifica cosa \u00e8 cambiato nel tuo mercato, quanto sar\u00e0 influenzato, prepara almeno tre nuovi piani e decidi quale azienda seguir\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I giorni qui possono fare la differenza tra sopravvivere o morire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-update-the-numbers\">Aggiorna i numeri<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con il piano prescelto definire i nuovi OKR per tutte le aree. Lo spot ha avuto un risultato chiave in cui dovrebbe vendere a 100 piccole imprese? Passa a qualcosa di realistico: che ne dici di 30? O forse 120? Dipender\u00e0 dalla tua attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non ha senso che le squadre abbiano obiettivi che non credono pi\u00f9 raggiungibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focus-even-more\">Concentrati ancora di pi\u00f9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le squadre avevano cinque gol? Mira a uno solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci sono stati cinque risultati chiave per obiettivo? Metti solo due o tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alla fine, ogni squadra dovrebbe avere un solo obiettivo con due o tre risultati chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le risorse sono diventate pi\u00f9 scarse e dobbiamo sapere con precisione dove mettere pi\u00f9 energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increase-the-frequency-of-monitoring\">Aumentare la frequenza del monitoraggio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come abbiamo detto prima, il tempo \u00e8 estremamente importante. Il mondo volatile e incerto di VUCA non \u00e8 mai stato cos\u00ec volatile e incerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La verit\u00e0 di una settimana non \u00e8 la verit\u00e0 per quella successiva e dobbiamo aggiornarci e agire in ogni momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumentare la frequenza di tutta la gestione degli OKR. La riunione di check-in deve essere settimanale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad esempio, nel secondo trimestre, stiamo facendo OKR mensili perch\u00e9 vogliamo imparare e applicare tattiche diverse ogni mese. Dopotutto, sono stati molto diversi ogni mese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-game-has-changed-also-look-for-effort\">Il gioco \u00e8 cambiato; inoltre, cerca lo sforzo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cosa di cui parlo sempre di OKR \u00e8 che OKR non \u00e8 riuscito a misurare lo sforzo. \u00c8 progettato per misurare i risultati e avere un impatto positivo sul business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttavia, in mezzo a tutta questa confusione, molti processi hanno smesso di funzionare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La quantit\u00e0 di lead generati, la conversione, l&#039;utilizzo del prodotto, gli incontri programmati, i volumi assoluti ei tassi di conversione sono stati diversi da un momento all&#039;altro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quindi non ha senso mettere solo i risultati chiave guardando il risultato aziendale, poich\u00e9 potrebbero non arrivare come immaginato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combinare con i risultati chiave degli sforzi (indicatori principali) per garantire che stiamo facendo del nostro meglio nelle azioni critiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esempio di un OKR di successo del cliente:<br><strong>Obbiettivo<\/strong>: Nessuno se ne andr\u00e0!<br><strong>Risultato chiave 1<\/strong>: Garantire un churn netto massimo di 5%;<br><strong>Risultato chiave 2<\/strong>: Avere una chiamata di supporto con i 200 principali clienti dell&#039;azienda;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-do-not-give-up\">Non arrenderti!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molte aziende non sono state in grado di effettuare questa transazione e hanno rinunciato a utilizzare OKR o altre metodologie di gestione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando le persone sono pi\u00f9 spaventate, perse, senza comunicazione, ecc., alcune aziende hanno tolto il principale strumento di orientamento e concentrazione dell&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quindi il consiglio \u00e8: non mollare, segui queste e altre informazioni e torna in carreggiata.
