Il a accept\u00e9 l&#039;id\u00e9e et bient\u00f4t, Alex a dirig\u00e9 le d\u00e9partement de strat\u00e9gie et l&#039;a invent\u00e9 au fur et \u00e0 mesure, car il n&#039;avait aucune exp\u00e9rience ni formation pr\u00e9alable en strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est cependant devenu clair que ce qu&#039;il faisait fonctionnait, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la mesure du \u00ab taux de victoire \u00bb pour leurs pitchs s&#039;am\u00e9liorait consid\u00e9rablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a remarqu\u00e9 que parfois un \u00ab grand client \u00bb arrivait alors que tr\u00e8s peu de \u00ab supercherie \u00bb ou d&#039;apport cr\u00e9atif \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour vendre ses produits, car ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 excellents dans ce qu&#039;ils faisaient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex a pens\u00e9 que ce serait cool d&#039;aider les entreprises les plus d\u00e9fectueuses \u00e0 ressembler davantage \u00e0 ces entreprises qui savaient pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qu&#039;elles faisaient. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ses th\u00e9ories sur ce que faisaient les grandes entreprises pour se diff\u00e9rencier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le point douloureux<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En vendant du travail de strat\u00e9gie, vous apprenez que la plupart des entreprises n\u2019ont pas de strat\u00e9gie. Ils n\u2019ont pas de plan parce que cela ne leur vient m\u00eame pas \u00e0 l\u2019esprit \u2013 ils ne savent pas ce qu\u2019ils ne savent pas. Cela signifie que c\u2019est compliqu\u00e9 de vendre du travail de strat\u00e9gie parce que personne ne l\u2019ach\u00e8te. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, vous vendez quelque chose dont personne ne veut parce que personne ne sait que cela manque \u00e0 son entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le marketing d&#039;Alex pour son entreprise,<a href=\"https:\/\/basicarts.org\/\"> <strong>Arts fondamentaux<\/strong>,<\/a> est donc tr\u00e8s p\u00e9dagogique, car tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019entreprises comprennent ce qu\u2019est la strat\u00e9gie. Cependant, tout d\u00e9pend de la fa\u00e7on dont vous le comprenez et vous y engagez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour une raison quelconque, les entreprises dont le chiffre d&#039;affaires est inf\u00e9rieur, disons, \u00e0 1,4 ou 500 millions de dollars, n&#039;ont pas de strat\u00e9gie car elles interpr\u00e8tent l&#039;approche strat\u00e9gique des grandes organisations comme une pure th\u00e9orie de gestion avec peu ou pas d&#039;implication pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre d\u2019embaucher des entreprises comme McKinsey, qui suivent une mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re de penser la strat\u00e9gie, l\u2019alternative \u00e0 cette r\u00e9flexion est de ne pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir du tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex a utilis\u00e9 l&#039;exemple suivant pour illustrer le concept : \u00ab Soit vous \u00eates Shell et vous effectuez un travail de strat\u00e9gie formel, soit vous \u00eates une autre entreprise qui ne fait absolument rien. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son travail r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la question : comment pouvons-nous en parler et faire en sorte que vous n&#039;ayez pas besoin d&#039;\u00eatre dans \u00ab l&#039;univers de Harvard ou de Mckinsey \u00bb pour jouer au jeu ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d\u2019abord, cela d\u00e9pend de la fa\u00e7on dont vous l\u2019articulez \u2013 en parlant d\u2019une mani\u00e8re facile \u00e0 comprendre et agr\u00e9able. La fa\u00e7on dont Alex parle de strat\u00e9gie aux gens est de dire ceci\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous devez trouver un moyen de vendre quelque chose aux gens qu\u2019ils veulent. Il faut aussi que ce soit quelque chose qu\u2019ils ne peuvent obtenir nulle part ailleurs, et c\u2019est l\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nigme \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre. Si vous r\u00e9solvez cette \u00e9nigme, vous gagnerez automatiquement de l\u2019argent et gagnerez la partie. L&#039;articuler de cette fa\u00e7on le rend plus accessible, et vous avez maintenant quelque chose de tangible sur lequel travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous ouvrez cette possibilit\u00e9 d\u00e9mocratique de l\u2019articuler simplement et que vous ouvrez ensuite la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer la strat\u00e9gie de mani\u00e8re informelle et \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 de ressources, les petites entreprises ont une approche imm\u00e9diate et concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA STRAT\u00c9GIE COMME OUTIL DE MOTIVATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex appelle la strat\u00e9gie un \u00ab sport amateur \u00bb, car les plus grands strat\u00e8ges de l&#039;histoire n&#039;avaient aucune qualification formelle en strat\u00e9gie. Il consid\u00e8re que la premi\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie est d&#039;\u00eatre un outil de motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelle que soit l\u2019intelligence d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie, elle est inutile si elle n\u2019est pas ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e ; par cons\u00e9quent, un plan doit ouvrir la voie \u00e0 son ex\u00e9cution en \u00e9tant inspirant, compris, passionnant et utilis\u00e9 comme outil de motivation. Une grande partie de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie vient du fait que la strat\u00e9gie est ennuyeuse. Le fait qu\u2019une strat\u00e9gie particuli\u00e8re soit passionnante indique qu\u2019elle contient un aper\u00e7u qui pourrait \u00eatre tr\u00e8s efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En plus d\u2019\u00eatre un outil de motivation, la strat\u00e9gie est aussi un outil de leadership. Par cons\u00e9quent, vous devez \u00eatre attentif \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont vous pr\u00e9sentez l\u2019approche au public qui la re\u00e7oit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex conseille de ne pas consid\u00e9rer la strat\u00e9gie comme une d\u00e9claration mais plut\u00f4t comme un argument. Un document de strat\u00e9gie devrait pr\u00e9senter l\u2019argumentation expliquant pourquoi nous ferons cette chose. De cette fa\u00e7on, il n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9cret. Au lieu de cela, vous plaidez en faveur d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie particuli\u00e8re et la d\u00e9mystifiez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez simplement armer vos collaborateurs avec des arguments en faveur de la strat\u00e9gie au lieu de leur dire de quoi il s\u2019agit et quoi faire.
