am\u00e8ne \u00e0 vous soucier de la fa\u00e7on dont vous serez jug\u00e9\u00a0; l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de croissance vous incite \u00e0 vous am\u00e9liorer. <\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><a OKR ne combleront pas toutes les lacunes de l&#039;organisation ni ne r\u00e9soudront tous vos probl\u00e8mes, mais ils peuvent tr\u00e8s certainement avoir un immense impact positif sur des d\u00e9fis et des lacunes sp\u00e9cifiques lorsqu&#039;ils sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s efficacement\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/on-purpose\/202310\/the-power-of-mindset\">\u00c9tat d&#039;esprit<\/a> Lacunes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit avec lequel les strat\u00e9gies sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es au plus haut niveau de l\u2019entreprise diff\u00e8re souvent de celui de ceux qui doivent ex\u00e9cuter les m\u00eames techniques. C\u2019est l\u2019une des nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles la plupart des entreprises doivent ex\u00e9cuter leur strat\u00e9gie plus efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme le cadre OKR est une m\u00e9thodologie agile de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs, nous pouvons combler le \u00ab d\u00e9ficit de strat\u00e9gie et d&#039;ex\u00e9cution \u00bb et d\u00e9finir des strat\u00e9gies \u00ab de mani\u00e8re agile \u00bb. En co-cr\u00e9ant des strat\u00e9gies et en incluant les voix des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, nous pouvons apporter plus de transparence et de compr\u00e9hension \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie et la simplifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019orientation d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit la plus productive pour actualiser les OKR est un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de croissance. Lorsque les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe souffrent d\u2019un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit fixe, il devient encore plus difficile d\u2019atteindre les OKR. Une orientation mentale fixe vous inqui\u00e8te de la fa\u00e7on dont vous serez jug\u00e9 et vous fait croire que les limites de votre potentiel et de vos performances que vous avez fix\u00e9es dans votre esprit sont des limites r\u00e9elles et concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme le dit le proverbe : \u00ab Ne devenez pas amer, am\u00e9liorez-vous \u00bb. Un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de croissance vous fait penser que les \u00e9checs sont des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage qui peuvent \u00eatre transform\u00e9es en croissance positive. Lorsque vous avez un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit fixe, vous \u00eates plus susceptible de ne voir que les probl\u00e8mes et de ne pas proposer de solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une orientation vers un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de croissance n\u2019inclut pas l\u2019ignorance des probl\u00e8mes, mais met plut\u00f4t l\u2019accent sur une r\u00e9flexion ax\u00e9e sur les solutions et une approche collaborative de la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes. En \u00e9tant insatiablement curieux et en apportant cette curiosit\u00e9 (comment pouvons-nous atteindre nos objectifs ensemble, comment pouvons-nous y parvenir au mieux ?) aux r\u00e9unions OKR, nous pouvons r\u00e9aliser ensemble de grandes choses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/01\/strategy-and-execution-are-the-same-thing\">strat\u00e9gie<\/a> et \u00e9cart d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De par leur nature m\u00eame, les frameworks OKR sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9s pour combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie et d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, car\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les objectifs sont align\u00e9s sur la ou les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise lorsqu&#039;ils sont efficacement r\u00e9dig\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le plan d&#039;action con\u00e7u pour actualiser les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s dans un cadre OKR met l&#039;accent sur l&#039;ex\u00e9cution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque plusieurs OKR strat\u00e9giques et au niveau de l&#039;\u00e9quipe s&#039;alignent sur la ou les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise, toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es progressent de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente vers l&#039;actualisation de la vision et de la strat\u00e9gie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La \u00ab tyrannie du tangible \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui est coutumier, tangible et traditionnel a tendance \u00e0 nous mettre \u00e0 l&#039;aise. Plus longtemps l&#039;habitude de rester dans les \u00ab limites auto-inflig\u00e9es \u00bb de votre zone de confort est maintenue, plus il devient difficile de poursuivre des \u00ab objectifs ambitieux \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souvent, lorsque les r\u00e9sultats de la mise en \u0153uvre d&#039;un OKR sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme m\u00e9diocres par la haute direction, leur r\u00e9action instinctive peut \u00eatre de revenir \u00e0 ce qui est tangible et \u00e0 un \u00ab environnement de contr\u00f4le-commande \u00bb. C&#039;est pourquoi il est essentiel d&#039;effectuer des recherches approfondies, de cr\u00e9er un plan de d\u00e9ploiement strat\u00e9gique et d&#039;assurer une formation compl\u00e8te sur les OKR dans votre organisation. La mani\u00e8re dont vous communiquez autour des OKR est \u00e9galement essentielle\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est-ce que tous les membres de l&#039;organisation comprennent clairement pourquoi nous d\u00e9ployons un OKR\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est-il clair pour tous \u00e0 quoi ressemble le succ\u00e8s ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est-ce que mes attentes et celles de mon \u00e9quipe sont claires\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En veillant \u00e0 ce que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie des OKR soient soigneusement cibl\u00e9s, nous pouvons combler la \u00ab tyrannie du foss\u00e9 tangible \u00bb gr\u00e2ce aux OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En comparant notre statut actuel \u00e0 l&#039;objectif futur souhait\u00e9 (OKR), il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que certaines lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences doivent \u00eatre combl\u00e9es pour que nous puissions actualiser l&#039;OKR que nous avons d\u00e9fini en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un OKR ou un OKR, nous pouvons travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec notre \u00e9quipe RH pour \u00e9valuer les d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tences. Sur la base de ces d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tences identifi\u00e9s, nous pouvons proposer des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage cibl\u00e9es et immersives pour combler ces d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tences ou embaucher des personnes poss\u00e9dant les comp\u00e9tences requises.
