Vos seules limites sont celles que vous vous imposez.<\/p>\n<cite>Roy T Bennet<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons besoin du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/07\/what-foundations-are-missing-about-capacity-building\">ressources financi\u00e8res et humaines, capacit\u00e9s de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences<\/a><\/strong>et l&#039;excellence d&#039;ex\u00e9cution pour atteindre les OKR. Ce qu\u2019il faut consid\u00e9rer, c\u2019est que nous avons \u00e9galement besoin d\u2019un haut degr\u00e9 de confiance en soi et en \u00e9quipe pour atteindre des objectifs de grande envergure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ind\u00e9pendamment de CV et d&#039;exp\u00e9riences impressionnants, nous avons des doutes sur la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;atteindre des objectifs de grande envergure si nous ne croyons pas pouvoir les atteindre. Nos limites sont souvent fix\u00e9es uniquement dans notre esprit et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de fausses attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoir confiance est l\u2019aboutissement de plusieurs facteurs. Nous sommes humains et donc faillibles, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des efforts coh\u00e9rents et cibl\u00e9s, nous pouvons b\u00e2tir une forte confiance dans une vision, un objectif ou une cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awrx..rLb69l.w8M6FLjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1706025035\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.nytimes.com%2f2019%2f06%2f03%2fsmarter-living%2fhow-to-improve-self-confidence.html\/RK=2\/RS=X._.BjhXP9WErATQliwNCSFc9Fg-\">Confiance?<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le dictionnaire Oxford, la confiance est \u00ab le sentiment ou la conviction que l&#039;on peut avoir confiance ou compter sur quelqu&#039;un ou quelque chose \u00bb. Nous exigeons <strong>confiance sociale<\/strong> pour collaborer et atteindre nos OKR. La confiance sociale est la conviction qu\u2019ensemble, en \u00e9quipe, nous pouvons r\u00e9aliser et r\u00e9aliserons de grandes choses. Les membres de mon \u00e9quipe me soutiendront, compl\u00e9teront mes faiblesses et m&#039;aideront \u00e0 grandir, et je ferai de m\u00eame pour eux afin que nous puissions exceller et avancer ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La confiance en soi n&#039;est durable et apporte de la valeur aux autres que lorsque nous croyons en nos propres capacit\u00e9s sans jamais nous permettre de devenir arrogants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gens sont souvent mystifi\u00e9s par le niveau de confiance extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de certains individus lorsqu&#039;ils les observent dans un contexte social. Ces individus semblent attirer les gens sans effort, avoir des conversations dynamiques, divertissantes et int\u00e9ressantes et laisser des impressions durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La question cruciale est la suivante\u00a0: \u00eates-vous n\u00e9 avec une certaine confiance en vous, et d\u2019autres en ont plus que d\u2019autres, ou pouvez-vous instaurer la confiance\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9ponse est que la confiance est une comp\u00e9tence et que vous pouvez la d\u00e9velopper au fil du temps, comme n\u2019importe quelle autre comp\u00e9tence. La confiance en soi \u00e0 son niveau granulaire consiste en\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La confiance en soi.<\/strong>Nous nous faisons tous des promesses, mais avons tendance \u00e0 sous-estimer l&#039;impact des \u00ab promesses que nous faisons \u00bb sur notre niveau de confiance en soi : si nous rompons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les promesses que nous nous sommes faites, telles que \u00ab Je vais commencer \u00e0 travailler plus dur \u00bb lundi, \u00ab je commencerai \u00e0 aller \u00e0 la salle de sport lundi \u00bb, cela \u00e9rode notre confiance en soi avec le temps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous n&#039;aurons vraiment confiance en nous que lorsque nous commencerons \u00e0 prendre nos promesses au s\u00e9rieux et \u00e0 les tenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>D\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences immersives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque nous nous concentrons syst\u00e9matiquement sur les comp\u00e9tences qui ont un impact important sur notre vision, nous les pratiquons quotidiennement et les affinons au fil du temps\u00a0; cela soutiendra la croissance de notre niveau de confiance et augmentera consid\u00e9rablement nos chances de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Mentorat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous ceux qui ont atteint le sommet et y sont rest\u00e9s ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019aide et du soutien des autres.
