class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019innombrables ateliers et cours de leadership sont propos\u00e9s et le leadership est un sujet sur lequel on \u00e9crit depuis des si\u00e8cles \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Romains avaient Auguste C\u00e9sar et Marc Aur\u00e8le, Gengis Khan \u00e9tait un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dirigeant mongol, Margaret Thatcher, Catherine la Grande et Cl\u00e9op\u00e2tre a donn\u00e9 de la couleur et de la valeur aux livres d&#039;histoire. Apprendre \u00e0 partir d\u2019exemples est l\u2019un des nombreux excellents moyens d\u2019\u00e9largir votre d\u00e9veloppement. Quelles comp\u00e9tences de base en leadership distinguent les grands leaders des autres\u00a0? Et quelles comp\u00e9tences de base en leadership sont les plus importantes lorsque l\u2019on consid\u00e8re le succ\u00e8s des OKR et leur durabilit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, le d\u00e9fi complexe consistant \u00e0 former des leaders, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des strat\u00e9gies significatives, \u00e0 garantir l&#039;ex\u00e9cution et \u00e0 maintenir des normes d&#039;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle appara\u00eet important et s&#039;av\u00e8re souvent insurmontable pour la plupart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe de nombreuses comp\u00e9tences en leadership. Dans le contexte du leadership Agile et OKR, les suivantes sont les plus pertinentes et les plus importantes selon notre exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confiance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque nous, en tant que dirigeants, n&#039;avons pas confiance en nous-m\u00eames ou en nos OKR, comment pouvons-nous nous attendre \u00e0 ce que les autres aient confiance en nous\u00a0? Les dirigeants OKR\/Agile ont une grande confiance dans le pouvoir des OKR et en eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le type de confiance le plus pertinent pour la r\u00e9alisation des OKR est appel\u00e9 confiance sociale. La confiance sociale signifie que lorsque, en tant que leader, j&#039;entre dans une salle remplie des membres de mon \u00e9quipe, j&#039;ai une confiance in\u00e9branlable dans le fait que nous parviendrons ensemble \u00e0 des solutions \u00e0 nos d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La confiance ne doit jamais \u00eatre confondue avec l\u2019arrogance. L&#039;arrogance, c&#039;est quand vous pensez que vous \u00eates meilleur que les autres. La confiance peut se construire au fil du temps et d\u00e9pend des efforts et de la concentration que vous y consacrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construire la confiance commence par \u00e9crire les promesses que vous faites \u00e0 vous-m\u00eame et aux autres et par les tenir. Vos promesses non tenues \u00e9rodent \u00e0 la fois votre confiance en vous et celle que les autres ont en vous. La confiance est une comp\u00e9tence qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et constitue l\u2019une des nombreuses comp\u00e9tences de base en leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La communication relative aux OKR doit \u00eatre claire, coh\u00e9rente, facilement accessible, concise et inspirante pour \u00eatre efficace. La communication doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre align\u00e9e sur la vision, la culture de l\u2019entreprise et un retour sur investissement clair du temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les incoh\u00e9rences dans la communication combin\u00e9es \u00e0 un manque de clart\u00e9 peuvent cr\u00e9er \u00e0 la fois de la confusion et nuire \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les communications doivent \u00eatre ouvertes, librement partag\u00e9es et collaboratives. Le coaching est un processus conjoint de d\u00e9couverte des priorit\u00e9s et de la mani\u00e8re de les actualiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme les OKR sont des objectifs de grande envergure et, par d\u00e9finition, difficiles \u00e0 atteindre, ils n\u00e9cessitent un haut degr\u00e9 d\u2019engagement pour \u00eatre actualis\u00e9s.
