Au niveau strat\u00e9gique, il est conseill\u00e9 de r\u00e9diger au maximum cinq OKR, et au niveau des \u00e9quipes, trois par \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous les objectifs ci-dessus doivent refl\u00e9ter les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s que vous souhaitez obtenir pour vos principales parties prenantes telles que vos clients et l&#039;entreprise elle-m\u00eame. \u00c0 la fin de la s\u00e9ance de r\u00e9daction d&#039;OKR au niveau strat\u00e9gique de l&#039;entreprise, vous constaterez peut-\u00eatre que vous vous retrouvez avec un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#039;objectifs. Dans ce sc\u00e9nario, il est conseill\u00e9 de classer conjointement ces objectifs et de conserver les cinq premiers comme OKR sur lesquels l&#039;accent sera mis au plus haut niveau de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous avez trop de priorit\u00e9s en tant qu\u2019entreprise et que vous essayez d\u2019appliquer le m\u00eame niveau de concentration sur toutes ces priorit\u00e9s, il est peu probable que vous atteigniez aucun de vos objectifs. Au sein d&#039;une grande organisation traditionnelle qui souhaite se transformer en une organisation agile, nous pouvons dans un premier temps utiliser la cascade d&#039;OKR pour garantir l&#039;alignement et il est peu probable que cette approche soit suivie dans un contexte de start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">extensible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par leur d\u00e9finition m\u00eame, les OKR sont des objectifs ambitieux et difficiles \u00e0 atteindre. Nous n\u2019obtiendrons pas d\u2019OKR si nous restons dans nos zones de confort ou de peur. Nous sommes cependant susceptibles d\u2019atteindre nos objectifs lorsque nous d\u00e9passons notre zone de peur et p\u00e9n\u00e9trons dans nos zones d\u2019apprentissage et de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une forte orientation vers la croissance est une exigence fondamentale pour atteindre les OKR.
