conseils qui ont un impact \u00e9norme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim fron\u00e7a les sourcils en levant la t\u00eate pour me regarder droit dans les yeux \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab J&#039;ai entendu dire \u00e0 quel point les OKR sont formidables, mais je n&#039;ai jamais vu leur mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie. Je pense qu\u2019il s\u2019agit simplement d\u2019une autre mode de fixation d\u2019objectifs qui dispara\u00eetra avec le temps. Quelle est la vraie diff\u00e9rence entre les OKR et les autres m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs\u00a0? Pour moi, cela semble pareil, ce sont juste des KPI bien formul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heureusement, j&#039;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu le privil\u00e8ge d&#039;entendre de tels commentaires et j&#039;\u00e9tais donc bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face aux pr\u00e9occupations de Tim\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est un point de vue int\u00e9ressant et vous n&#039;\u00eates pas le seul \u00e0 dire que Tim, s&#039;il vous pla\u00eet, dites-m&#039;en plus sur la similitude des KPI et des OKR. En remettant en question ses d\u00e9clarations de mani\u00e8re positive et sinc\u00e8re, j&#039;ai pu \u00e0 la fois \u00e9tablir une relation avec Tim et rassembler toutes les informations dont j&#039;avais besoin pour l&#039;influencer au mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre intention et notre objectif en tant que coachs OKR n&#039;est pas d&#039;essayer de changer directement d&#039;avis avec force, mais plut\u00f4t d&#039;influencer les autres, d&#039;apprendre de leurs exp\u00e9riences et d&#039;arriver \u00e0 des solutions co-cr\u00e9\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici quelques conseils puissants de coaching OKR qui peuvent avoir un impact \u00e9norme sur les individus, les \u00e9quipes et votre organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coach, ne critique pas <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le moyen le plus efficace de garantir que vous \u00eates un coach cr\u00e9dible est de donner l\u2019exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soyez vu en train de collaborer avec les autres et d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter au coude \u00e0 coude avec les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Am\u00e9liorez continuellement vos comp\u00e9tences et votre apprentissage. Une excellente approche pour coacher les autres consiste \u00e0 co-cr\u00e9er des solutions avec eux plut\u00f4t que de leur dire quoi faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons parvenir ensemble \u00e0 des r\u00e9ponses si nous, en tant que coachs, pr\u00e9parons chaque s\u00e9ance avec d\u2019excellentes questions\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensez-vous que vous avez tir\u00e9 des enseignements de votre exp\u00e9rience avec les KPI et que vous pouvez les appliquer aux OKR\u00a0? Quels d\u00e9fis cl\u00e9s avez-vous rencontr\u00e9s concernant la r\u00e9alisation des KPI\u00a0? Selon vous, qu\u2019avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bien fait ? D\u2019apr\u00e8s votre exp\u00e9rience, que peut-on am\u00e9liorer ? Quelles habitudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la performance devons-nous arr\u00eater car elles ne nous servent pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 du coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre conseil de coaching OKR consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9sumer toute la conversation \u00e0 la fin. Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 permet \u00e0 toutes les parties \u00e0 la conversation de dissiper tout malentendu et d\u2019approfondir leur d\u00e9termination \u00e0 prendre des mesures imm\u00e9diates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au lieu d\u2019essayer de faire en sorte que la personne que nous coachons accepte simplement tout ce que nous disons alors que nous essayons d\u2019\u00e9tablir son autorit\u00e9, nous pouvons faire mieux en acceptant ensemble de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 collectif de la s\u00e9ance de coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli une relation avec notre client et pos\u00e9 des questions positives pertinentes, nous pouvons r\u00e9sumer ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit vers la fin de la s\u00e9ance de coaching. Cela donne \u00e0 la personne que nous coachons la possibilit\u00e9 de corriger le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 et d\u2019y ajouter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments lorsque cela est pertinent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 sert ensuite de point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour d\u2019autres actions et prises de d\u00e9cision sur la voie \u00e0 suivre. Dans l\u2019esprit du leadership Agile, nous prenons collectivement ces d\u00e9cisions. Un accord sur un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9 et r\u00e9vis\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien plus puissant qu&#039;un simple \u00ab oui \u00bb aux questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coaching vers le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Vision<\/a> de la compagnie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un coach doit toujours appr\u00e9cier l\u2019impact potentiel qu\u2019il peut avoir sur l\u2019actualisation de la vision d\u2019une entreprise. Lorsque nous, en tant que coachs, aidons constamment les autres \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des habitudes puissantes qui les aident \u00e0 progresser vers la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de l&#039;entreprise, nous soutenons l&#039;actualisation des strat\u00e9gies et de la vision de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque, lors des ateliers de r\u00e9daction, nous facilitons le processus de r\u00e9daction de documents \u00e0 la fois puissants (ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats) et garantissons l&#039;alignement sur la vision et les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise, nous contribuons directement au succ\u00e8s de l&#039;entreprise en commen\u00e7ant par l&#039;ex\u00e9cution.
