class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, la mise en \u0153uvre des OKR peut sembler simple : apr\u00e8s tout, tout ce que vous avez \u00e0 faire est de r\u00e9diger des d\u00e9clarations d&#039;objectifs, de d\u00e9finir les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;appui et d&#039;ex\u00e9cuter un plan d&#039;action. Il existe cependant quelques niveaux de complexit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre en compte lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de la durabilit\u00e9 et du succ\u00e8s des OKR\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alignement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 des ressources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;impact de la culture des organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sistance au changement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&#039;Institut OKR, nous avons eu le privil\u00e8ge de coacher plus de cinq cents organisations dans plus de cinquante pays diff\u00e9rents, nous permettant ainsi de partager les meilleures pratiques tir\u00e9es de notre exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mani\u00e8re dont nous coachons et communiquons pendant le d\u00e9ploiement des OKR d\u00e9termine en grande partie notre succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKA29Xd2hlV6ASSAHjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373912\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fhbr.org%2f2019%2f09%2fcoaching-for-change\/RK=2\/RS=L0G0PlrbYG5tH2ROIha1Ccdv6CQ-\">encadrement<\/a> concerne la communication et la mod\u00e9lisation pertinentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bonne pratique \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer en mati\u00e8re de communication autour des OKR est de se pr\u00e9parer aux r\u00e9unions OKR avec d&#039;importantes questions sur la pr\u00e9paration de ce qu&#039;il faut dire. Il est naturel d\u2019avoir le d\u00e9sir d\u2019impressionner et de motiver les gens avec d\u2019excellents discours, mais cette forme d\u2019inspiration est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de courte dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque nous favorisons v\u00e9ritablement la collaboration et la co-cr\u00e9ation en \u00e9tant positivement curieux et en posant continuellement de bonnes questions, nous nous effor\u00e7ons de trouver ensemble des r\u00e9ponses. Lorsqu\u2019une seule personne dans une pi\u00e8ce parle, cela donne l\u2019impression qu\u2019elle a toutes les r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comment puis-je vous aider au mieux ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu\u2019est-ce qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9lan vers un r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 quels obstacles \u00eates-vous confront\u00e9s et quel r\u00f4le pensez-vous que je puisse jouer pour vous aider \u00e0 les surmonter\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment pouvons-nous rendre cet OKR plus ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nos OKR sont-ils align\u00e9s sur la strat\u00e9gie\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quel est le but de cette affirmation objective ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelqu&#039;un a-t-il remarqu\u00e9 une d\u00e9pendance au sein de ce cadre OKR\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les questions ci-dessus sont des questions simples qui peuvent \u00eatre pos\u00e9es pour favoriser la collaboration. Le commandement et le contr\u00f4le meurent lentement ; au lieu de cela, nous, en tant que dirigeants, devrions agir c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te avec les membres de notre \u00e9quipe. De cette fa\u00e7on, nous servons de mod\u00e8les \u00e0 toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est probable que notre responsabilit\u00e9 la plus importante en tant que dirigeants soit d&#039;agir conform\u00e9ment au syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise. Un excellent moyen consiste \u00e0 transformer les d\u00e9clarations des autres en questions. Lorsque vous utilisez cette technique simple mais profonde, cela prouve que vous\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sont en train d&#039;\u00e9couter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous voulez en savoir plus sur le sujet discut\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que vous \u00eates vraiment int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par ce que dit l\u2019autre personne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 titre d&#039;exemple, disons qu&#039;un membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe fait la d\u00e9claration suivante\u00a0: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Je ne comprends toujours pas quelle est exactement la diff\u00e9rence entre les KPI et les OKR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons transformer cette affirmation en question\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Selon vous, qu&#039;est-ce qui est exactement la m\u00eame chose entre les KPI et les OKR, s&#039;il vous pla\u00eet, dites-m&#039;en plus\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En expliquant tr\u00e8s clairement les avantages des OKR et en montrant comment les OKR et les KPI se compl\u00e8tent, nous pouvons obtenir l&#039;adh\u00e9sion des parties prenantes d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les gens sont galvanis\u00e9s autour d\u2019une vision convaincante, d\u2019un objectif commun et d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de valeurs, ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement beaucoup plus ouverts au partage et \u00e0 la co-cr\u00e9ation. La co-cr\u00e9ation est amplifi\u00e9e par la remise en question positive du statu quo,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour galvaniser les gens autour d\u2019objectifs communs est de communiquer de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s transparente. Nous devons clarifier le r\u00f4le de chacun en ce qui concerne les OKR. La transparence favorise la confiance. La confiance est le fondement de l\u2019innovation et de la rapidit\u00e9 de mise sur le march\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 les strat\u00e9gies et la vision de l\u2019entreprise doivent \u00eatre plus explicites, l\u2019alignement et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution deviennent tr\u00e8s difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
