Hazell<\/strong><\/a> sur les entreprises \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff Hazell aide les scale-up \u00e0 \u00e9liminer leurs probl\u00e8mes de croissance. Ce consultant bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Stockholm a \u00e9galement des \u00ab racines \u00bb en Afrique du Sud o\u00f9 il a acquis son exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;entreprises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;un des nombreux faits saillants de sa carri\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 son r\u00f4le en aidant <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/?\">Spotify<\/a><\/strong> mettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle. Il a soutenu la formation d&#039;\u00e9quipes de direction, les acquisitions et les nouvelles ouvertures dans d&#039;autres pays pour l&#039;entreprise dont on parle tant, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre non seulement pour \u00eatre un podcast de musique num\u00e9rique, mais aussi pour ses m\u00e9thodes de travail r\u00e9volutionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je me souviens d&#039;une conf\u00e9rence o\u00f9 Cliff et moi \u00e9tions conf\u00e9renciers, lors de la conf\u00e9rence African Lean Management \u00e0 Cape Town, en Afrique du Sud, en 2016 \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je me souviens tr\u00e8s bien de Cliff se concentrant sur une diapositive montrant une photo de deux personnes proches l&#039;une de l&#039;autre se relaxant dans des hamacs s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Cliff fit une pause et sourit avant de dire : \u00ab Ceci est une photo d&#039;une s\u00e9ance de coaching chez Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est tr\u00e8s actif sur LinkedIn, et l&#039;un des nombreux articles \u00e9manant de l&#039;esprit de Cliffs et que j&#039;appr\u00e9cie concerne la diffusion d&#039;informations au sein des organisations \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moyens de communication dans une organisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le but d&#039;un Scrum ou <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/agile\/kanban\/boards\">Tableau Kanban<\/a><\/strong> est d&#039;\u00eatre un radiateur d&#039;informations, mais la plupart des entreprises construisent plut\u00f4t des r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs d&#039;informations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur \u2013 La plupart des entreprises utilisent la communication comme vous utiliseriez un r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur : elles stockent les communications et vous devez les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer quand vous le souhaitez et essayer de leur donner un sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radiateur \u2013 Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des interventions proactives et quotidiennes ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, nous pouvons garantir que les informations correctes sont \u00ab diffus\u00e9es \u00bb \u00e0 travers l&#039;organisation et non simplement stock\u00e9es l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles pourraient \u00eatre facilement oubli\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour plus de \u00ab\u00a0Gemmes\u00a0\u00bb comme celles ci-dessus, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/cliffhazell?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BTKxDXLolRumu9PZ3ymX%2Bkg%3D%3D\"><strong>@CliffHazell ici<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff a une profonde exp\u00e9rience des m\u00e9thodologies Agile mais ne se consid\u00e8re pas comme un coach Agile, et je lui ai pos\u00e9 des questions \u00e0 ce sujet lors de notre entretien. \u00ab Agile est une m\u00e9thodologie, tout comme la gestion Lean, et divers outils peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s isol\u00e9ment ou en combinaison pour aider les entreprises \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela m\u2019a fait penser \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et au succ\u00e8s des OKR. Le succ\u00e8s des OKR ne peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 que dans un environnement dans lequel des m\u00e9thodologies compl\u00e9mentaires sont intelligemment appliqu\u00e9es et dans lequel les OKR sont soutenus par un leadership et une culture propices \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation conjointe d\u2019objectifs de grande envergure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Cliff, \u00ab Agile Framing sort la plupart du temps les choses de leur contexte et am\u00e8ne les gens \u00e0 se concentrer sur un \u00ab livre de r\u00e8gles \u00bb (Comment mettre en \u0153uvre Agile) sur un impact significatif. Au lieu de cela, lorsque nous combinons de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative des m\u00e9thodes compl\u00e9mentaires et applicables, nous pouvons cr\u00e9er une combinaison puissante qui aide les entreprises \u00e0 \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff compte sur sa vaste exp\u00e9rience dans l&#039;application des comp\u00e9tences en leadership, de la science de la complexit\u00e9, de la gestion Lean, des m\u00e9thodologies agiles et bien plus encore pour aider les entreprises \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper efficacement et \u00e0 rendre leur d\u00e9veloppement durable. Cette approche lui permet d&#039;appliquer la m\u00e9thode appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque situation unique.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;utilisation efficace des outils en d\u00e9pend, et si vous ne disposez que d&#039;un seul appareil, ce sera le \u00ab mauvais outil \u00bb ou le \u00ab mauvais moment \u00bb pour que cet outil sp\u00e9cifique soit utilis\u00e9 dans plusieurs situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je lui ai demand\u00e9 -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour d\u00e9velopper une entreprise\u00a0? Il a fait allusion \u00e0 trois facteurs essentiels de r\u00e9ussite. J&#039;ai pris la libert\u00e9 d&#039;ins\u00e9rer mes commentaires sur la fa\u00e7on dont cela se rapporte aux OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour faire \u00e9voluer une entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er la concentration.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans concentration, nos \u00e9quipes ont du mal \u00e0 tenir leurs promesses. Au lieu que l&#039;ensemble de l&#039;entreprise traite quelque chose comme num\u00e9ro 1 et lui donne une voie rapide, nous avons 17 \u00ab OKR de priorit\u00e9 absolue \u00bb, tous d&#039;urgence \u00e9gale. Cela signifie que nous les d\u00e9marrons tous et que nous r\u00e9partissons les efforts de nos \u00e9quipes sur de nombreux domaines. Comme chaque \u00e9quipe est tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9e, si nous avons besoin de quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre pour nous aider, nous devons attendre qu&#039;il soit disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La seule fa\u00e7on de sortir de ce d\u00e9sordre est d&#039;avoir un seul #1 clair et de mettre le reste en s\u00e9quence derri\u00e8re lui. De cette fa\u00e7on, lorsque j&#039;ai besoin de votre aide sur #1, vous savez que vous devez faire une pause sur #17 pour m&#039;aider. De m\u00eame, lorsque vous me demandez de l&#039;aide sur votre #17, je peux vous dire \u00ab d\u00e9sol\u00e9, vous devrez attendre que j&#039;aie fini ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que nous pouvons faire cela, que nous pouvons r\u00e9ellement livrer ce que nous avons plac\u00e9 au num\u00e9ro 1, cela vaut la peine de d\u00e9penser de l&#039;\u00e9nergie pour d\u00e9terminer ce que nous devrions avoir au sommet. Avant de pouvoir r\u00e9ellement nous concentrer, cela ne sert \u00e0 rien car nous allons de toute fa\u00e7on les traiter tous sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. ils saisiront tout ce qui, ne serait-ce qu&#039;en apparence, les aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir ou ignoreront tout car ils se sentent d\u00e9pass\u00e9s. Cela fait perdre du temps \u00e0 nos pr\u00e9cieux collaborateurs ainsi qu&#039;au temps et aux efforts de notre entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9cider collectivement de nos v\u00e9ritables priorit\u00e9s du moment et se concentrer sur celles-ci est un point de d\u00e9part optimal pour r\u00e9diger des OKR ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Trouver un effet de levier.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart de ce sur quoi nous travaillons peut \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de a\u00e9rien ou neutre en termes d\u2019impact. Tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019articles rapportent plus que l\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019ils consomment. Notre objectif est de les trouver et de consacrer le moins de temps possible aux autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel est notre point de d\u00e9part (ou susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre) le plus optimal pour nous aider \u00e0 constater une traction significative\u00a0? Un projet existant jug\u00e9 tr\u00e8s percutant et essentiel, dans lequel la collaboration interfonctionnelle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 favoris\u00e9e, est susceptible de constituer un point de d\u00e9part optimal pour un projet pilote d&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jamesclear.com\/atomic-habits\">Construire des habitudes<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons tous vu d\u2019innombrables plans, strat\u00e9gies et \u00e9nonc\u00e9s de vision.
