class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que dirigeants d\u2019entreprise, vous avez entendu parler des OKR. Vous avez compris les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de ce que vous avez lu et avez \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par les r\u00e9sultats impressionnants obtenus par certaines entreprises. Nous voulons que les objectifs et les cadres de r\u00e9sultats critiques aient un impact significatif et durable sur notre organisation. Cependant, alors que vous commencez \u00e0 envisager le d\u00e9ploiement des OKR au sein de votre organisation, plusieurs doutes peuvent surgir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Est-ce que cela fonctionnera dans notre entreprise ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et si nous appliquons et concentrons trop de ressources sur les OKR et \u00e9chouons\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O\u00f9 commencer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Utilisons-nous des consultants et des coachs ? Et \u00e0 qui recourir ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR peuvent fonctionner pour n\u2019importe quelle entreprise de n\u2019importe quel secteur. Cependant, c&#039;est \u00e0 nous, en tant que dirigeants, de cr\u00e9er un environnement propice \u00e0 l&#039;introduction et \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 des objectifs et des cadres de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cas de doute, un bon point de d\u00e9part est un projet existant que vous consid\u00e9rez collectivement comme tr\u00e8s percutant et significatif. Au sein d&#039;un tel projet, vous connaissez d\u00e9j\u00e0 les apports requis, les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe ou de l&#039;\u00e9quipe impliqu\u00e9s et plusieurs \u00e9quipes interfonctionnelles appliquant leurs comp\u00e9tences pour actualiser le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons ensuite nous concentrer collectivement sur tous les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s pour toutes les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de parties prenantes et r\u00e9diger des OKR en cons\u00e9quence. C&#039;est un point de d\u00e9part naturel ; vous disposez d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019un \u00e9lan et de ressources appliqu\u00e9es, et une base r\u00e9aliste a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet existant est ensuite simultan\u00e9ment transform\u00e9 en un projet pilote OKR, et la planification ult\u00e9rieure des ressources est rendue plus simple et plus g\u00e9rable. Lorsque nous proposons cette option aux \u00ab d\u00e9butants en OKR \u00bb, nous ressentons souvent un sentiment de soulagement car ils n&#039;avaient naturellement aucune id\u00e9e de quel devrait \u00eatre le point de d\u00e9part avec les OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire appel \u00e0 des coachs OKR externes, m\u00eame si vous disposez de coachs agiles exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s au sein de votre organisation, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une excellente id\u00e9e, car un \u00ab regard sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 et neuf \u00bb peut insuffler les innovations, l&#039;\u00e9nergie et les connaissances de votre organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan de d\u00e9ploiement pilote<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le sc\u00e9nario de projet pilote d\u00e9crit ci-dessus, le plan de d\u00e9ploiement pourrait potentiellement ressembler \u00e0 ce qui suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engager des coachs\/consultants OKR externes pour expliquer l&#039;\u00e9tat actuel de l&#039;organisation, y compris l&#039;\u00e9tat du projet en cours identifi\u00e9 comme point de d\u00e9part pour le d\u00e9ploiement des OKR. Les consultants peuvent commettre des erreurs inutiles et perdre \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps sans les informations n\u00e9cessaires qui fournissent le contexte et une image compl\u00e8te pour un d\u00e9ploiement r\u00e9ussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choisir les bons consultants\/coachs est essentiel au succ\u00e8s du d\u00e9ploiement des OKR dans votre entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 quoi pourrait potentiellement ressembler un d\u00e9ploiement potentiel d\u2019OKR en mettant l\u2019accent sur le d\u00e9marrage d\u2019un projet existant et percutant\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er un contexte\u00a0: quel est l&#039;\u00e9tat actuel des performances et de la culture de l&#039;entreprise\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelle est la taxonomie (classification) et sur quels projets sont-ils occup\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels projets impliquent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplace.com\/blog\/cross-team-collaboration\">collaboration crois\u00e9e<\/a> et sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme ayant un impact consid\u00e9rable sur l&#039;orientation future de l&#039;entreprise\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel est le niveau d\u2019exposition et d\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9thodologies agiles\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels sont les principaux obstacles actuels li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces projets ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Une fois le contexte cr\u00e9\u00e9 et le projet pilote OKR identifi\u00e9, nous pouvons nous concentrer sur l\u2019adh\u00e9sion aux OKR en proposant une formation OKR \u00e0 la haute direction et aux nombreuses personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans le projet s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Une fois que le niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de connaissance des OKR est \u00e0 un niveau suffisant pour pouvoir animer un atelier de r\u00e9daction d&#039;OKR avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe du projet, nous pouvons planifier l&#039;animation du m\u00eame<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Une fois l\u2019atelier de r\u00e9daction termin\u00e9, nous pouvons faire une \u00e9valuation des ressources\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avons-nous les ressources humaines et la capacit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re pour ex\u00e9cuter avec succ\u00e8s cet OKR\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avons-nous les comp\u00e9tences requises pour r\u00e9aliser ces OKR\/OKR\u00a0? Si non, comment construire ces comp\u00e9tences en parall\u00e8le du d\u00e9ploiement des OKR ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Nous pouvons nous lancer dans la cr\u00e9ation <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trginternational.com\/what-okr-champion-and-why-they-crucial\">Champions des OKR<\/a> en les faisant suivre des cours au-del\u00e0 de la formation d&#039;introduction aux OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. <\/strong>Les consultants\/coachs externes peuvent faciliter la mise en \u0153uvre des meilleures pratiques cl\u00e9s pour assurer la durabilit\u00e9 et le succ\u00e8s du pilote OKR, par exemple en facilitant les premiers enregistrements hebdomadaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. <\/strong>La discipline est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment crucial de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un pilote OKR r\u00e9ussi. Il ne fait aucun doute que, au moins \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, des difficult\u00e9s seront rencontr\u00e9es, mais la motivation et la discipline n\u00e9cessaires pour continuer malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s sont une condition n\u00e9cessaire au succ\u00e8s ultime. C&#039;est pourquoi nous avons besoin de champions et de d\u00e9fenseurs des OKR qui soutiennent toujours les autres, mais surtout dans les moments difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Nous validons l&#039;hypoth\u00e8se gr\u00e2ce aux OKR. Une tr\u00e8s forte concentration sur la promotion de la collaboration, de l&#039;it\u00e9ration, de l&#039;innovation et sur la fourniture du soutien n\u00e9cessaire est extr\u00eamement utile pour
