Lorsque nous fa\u00e7onnons collectivement des cultures positives et performantes, inclusives, collaboratives et innovantes, nous cr\u00e9ons un environnement propice \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de est renforc\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de valeurs partag\u00e9 et pratique, une vision convaincante et des dirigeants qui montrent la voie \u00e0 suivre par leurs comportements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comment r\u00e9aliserons-nous des OKR ambitieux si nous ne poss\u00e9dons pas les comp\u00e9tences requises pour les atteindre\u00a0? Les dirigeants doivent \u00e9valuer les d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tences existants qui doivent \u00eatre combl\u00e9s pour atteindre nos objectifs. Les dirigeants soutiennent continuellement le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs collaborateurs.
