class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR et la \u00ab gestion du temps \u00bb sont des sujets qui d\u00e9pendent les uns des autres dans une large mesure. Une chose \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer en profondeur est que vous ne pouvez pas g\u00e9rer votre temps car nous disposons tous du m\u00eame temps : 24 heures par jour. Cependant, vous pouvez am\u00e9liorer votre fa\u00e7on de vous comporter dans les 24 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien g\u00e9rer votre emploi du temps signifie que vous n&#039;augmentez pas automatiquement vos performances et celles de votre \u00e9quipe. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus essentiels pour bien se g\u00e9rer sont la priorisation et une action coh\u00e9rente. Les deux m\u00eames facteurs sont essentiels \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 et au succ\u00e8s des OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons utiliser n\u2019importe quelle technique, comme le time boxing, mais si nous ne travaillons pas sur nos priorit\u00e9s identifi\u00e9es, le time boxing ne nous aidera pas beaucoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priorisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le contexte des OKR, la priorisation n\u2019est pas un exercice individuel mais un exercice d\u2019\u00e9quipe conjoint pour \u00e9tablir nos priorit\u00e9s claires. Cependant, la clart\u00e9 de l\u2019importance n\u2019est possible qu\u2019avec une vision et des strat\u00e9gies claires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous, au sommet de l&#039;organisation, ne pouvons nous attendre \u00e0 ce que les autres se g\u00e8rent bien que lorsque\u00a0:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous avons co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 une vision et expliqu\u00e9 tr\u00e8s clairement quelle \u00e9tait cette vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous avons co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies, et ceux qui doivent les ex\u00e9cuter savent parfaitement quelle est la strat\u00e9gie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 collectivement quelles sont les principales priorit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous avons d\u00e9fini des OKR strat\u00e9giques puissants, significatifs et align\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous favorisons v\u00e9ritablement la collaboration et la confiance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous avons fourni des informations pratiques <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">des exp\u00e9riences de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions \u00e0 m\u00e9diter sur \u00ab\u00a0l&#039;autogestion\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \u00ab\u00a0gestion de soi\u00a0\u00bb devient plus simple lorsque nous sommes parvenus aux r\u00e9ponses aux questions suivantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de soi, \u00e0 l&#039;exp\u00e9rience et aux conseils des autres\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelles sont nos priorit\u00e9s actuelles ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel temps devrions-nous consacrer aux activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au \u00ab statu quo \u00bb et quel temps devrions-nous consacrer aux OKR\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combien de r\u00e9unions sont essentielles et comment pouvons-nous rendre ces r\u00e9unions plus efficaces\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que Coach Performance, la premi\u00e8re chose que je fais avec un client est de revoir son planning, ce qui est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur en termes de priorit\u00e9s r\u00e9elles et d&#039;autogestion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous examinons et \u00e9valuons collectivement si certaines r\u00e9unions peuvent \u00eatre totalement supprim\u00e9es et, dans le cas contraire, comment nous pouvons rationaliser ces r\u00e9unions afin qu&#039;elles prennent moins de temps. Lib\u00e9rez du temps en vous concentrant sur les priorit\u00e9s et en organisant des r\u00e9unions plus courtes mais plus puissantes avec un retour sur investissement clair de votre temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l&#039;un de ses principaux <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">hacks de productivit\u00e9<\/a> est d&#039;avoir des r\u00e9unions de 15 minutes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La plupart des gens auraient des r\u00e9unions qui duraient bien plus d\u2019une heure. En moyenne, vous pouvez gagner au moins dix heures par semaine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la priorisation et aux r\u00e9unions cibl\u00e9es, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire si vous avez actuellement tendance \u00e0 avoir des r\u00e9unions qui durent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trop longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lib\u00e9rer votre temps pour ce qui compte vraiment vous permet de consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 la partie la plus importante des OKR, comme, sans s&#039;y limiter\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Animation d&#039;ateliers de r\u00e9daction d&#039;OKR puissants et r\u00e9alisation d&#039;enregistrements hebdomadaires proactifs et it\u00e9ratifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accabl\u00e9 par trop de r\u00e9unions, il y a peu ou pas d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019introspection et de d\u00e9veloppement personnel. La r\u00e9flexion et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences sont des facteurs essentiels \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et au succ\u00e8s des OKR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9er des \u00e9quipes auto-organis\u00e9es et favoriser l&#039;autonomie ne sont que des mots jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que nous soutenions tous les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe par un coaching pratique sur l&#039;autogestion. Peux-tu me donner un exemple?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab La semaine prochaine, je ferai quelque chose, papa. J&#039;\u00e9tais trop occup\u00e9 \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 \u00e9crire sur le but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes souvent tellement occup\u00e9s en r\u00e9union que nous n\u2019avons que peu ou pas de temps pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution. L&#039;autogestion consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s pour vous-m\u00eame de devenir efficace dans l&#039;ex\u00e9cution en \u00e9liminant le gaspillage de votre emploi du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceci, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire, car nous sommes des cr\u00e9atures d\u2019habitudes. La priorisation est une habitude et une comp\u00e9tence que nous devons mettre en pratique quotidiennement et \u00e9liminer le gaspillage de nos carri\u00e8res et de nos horaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
