car elles offrent les meilleures opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage. Ne pas s&#039;enregistrer signifie probablement ne pas r\u00e9ussir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les enregistrements hebdomadaires des OKR vous permettent de prendre le pouls des OKR et vous permettent d&#039;\u00eatre proactif dans l&#039;it\u00e9ration de vos r\u00e9sultats et actions cl\u00e9s. Nous vous conseillons de vous en tenir \u00e0 une cadence hebdomadaire d\u2019enregistrements OKR courts mais puissants. Avoir des enregistrements r\u00e9guliers entra\u00eene souvent une r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et un \u00e9chec dans l&#039;atteinte de vos OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Manque d&#039;exp\u00e9riences immersives des OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est peu probable que les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe mal form\u00e9s et ayant peu ou pas de compr\u00e9hension des OKR soient enthousiasm\u00e9s par les OKR et seront probablement incapables de r\u00e9diger des OKR puissants. Un facteur essentiel de succ\u00e8s du d\u00e9ploiement des OKR est d&#039;offrir des exp\u00e9riences immersives (ce qui signifie qu&#039;ils mettent d\u00e9j\u00e0 en pratique les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour recruter des OKR et les aligner dans des ateliers) \u00e0 tous les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Manque d\u2019efforts pour obtenir une adh\u00e9sion suffisante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e et aux m\u00e9canismes de motivation des OKR, les OKR s\u2019av\u00e9reront probablement inefficaces et non durables au sein de votre organisation. En cr\u00e9ant de nombreux champions et d\u00e9fenseurs des OKR dans votre organisation et en \u00ab vendant \u00bb minutieusement l&#039;objectif et les avantages des OKR \u00e0 toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es, vous avez fait des progr\u00e8s significatifs vers l&#039;adh\u00e9sion. G\u00e9rer simplement la r\u00e9sistance au changement et montrer comment les OKR s&#039;alignent sur la vision convaincante et les excellentes strat\u00e9gies organisationnelles sont des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour garantir une adh\u00e9sion optimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Absence d&#039;\u00e9valuation des ressources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nous devons \u00e9valuer si nous avons la capacit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, les capacit\u00e9s en ressources humaines n\u00e9cessaires et les comp\u00e9tences requises pour atteindre un OKR sp\u00e9cifique afin d&#039;atteindre vos objectifs. Une \u00e9valuation approfondie de la capacit\u00e9 des ressources lors de la r\u00e9daction des OKR est une bonne pratique essentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Revenir au contr\u00f4le des commandes en cas de probl\u00e8me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont un \u00ab muscle \u00bb que vous construisez au fil du temps, et il faut entre deux et cinq cycles d&#039;OKR pour que les \u00e9quipes atteignent l&#039;excellence dans les OKR. Dans certains cas, la haute direction s&#039;impatiente tr\u00e8s rapidement si elle ne voit aucun r\u00e9sultat positif imm\u00e9diat des OKR et revient ensuite \u00e0 son mode de \u00ab commandement et contr\u00f4le \u00bb par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Un vide en mati\u00e8re de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=24cfd362163a\">but<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gens veulent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un cheminement de carri\u00e8re, une communaut\u00e9 et une cause (objectif) pour s\u2019engager v\u00e9ritablement au travail. Donner aux gens un objectif op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9 est un autre facteur de succ\u00e8s essentiel, non seulement en mati\u00e8re d&#039;OKR mais aussi en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. \u00catre ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous voyons de nombreux \u00e9nonc\u00e9s d&#039;objectifs ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats, tels que \u00ab\u00a0Cr\u00e9er une nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Cr\u00e9er un nouveau site Web\u00a0\u00bb, et bien plus encore. Par cons\u00e9quent, ces d\u00e9clarations n\u2019apportent pas la valeur ajout\u00e9e ni l\u2019impact souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 ces activit\u00e9s et ne sont pas inspirantes. Nous sommes 30% plus susceptibles d&#039;atteindre des objectifs davantage ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats, car ils sont plus inspirants et transparents en termes d&#039;avantages et de valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. N&#039;avoir aucune strat\u00e9gie ou une strat\u00e9gie vague<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La strat\u00e9gie, ce sont des points de diff\u00e9renciation par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence qui sont pr\u00e9cieux et significatifs pour toutes les parties prenantes et des diff\u00e9rences que nous pouvons pr\u00e9server. La strat\u00e9gie n&#039;est pas une liste d&#039;objectifs et n&#039;utilise pas non plus d&#039;outils sp\u00e9cifiques tels que les m\u00e9thodologies Agile. N\u2019importe qui peut l\u2019appliquer. Par cons\u00e9quent, il doit \u00e9tablir des diff\u00e9rences claires et significatives par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence. Si notre strat\u00e9gie doit \u00eatre clarifi\u00e9e, comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 y aligner nos objectifs\u00a0? Nous pouvons rendre nos strat\u00e9gies plus simples en les co-cr\u00e9ant et en les pr\u00e9sentant comme des choix. Par exemple, Netflix a strat\u00e9giquement choisi de cr\u00e9er du contenu original plut\u00f4t que de diffuser uniquement le contenu des autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Il suffit de suivre et de ne pas cr\u00e9er votre propre playbook OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque organisation est unique et poss\u00e8de son propre cycle de vie, sa propre culture et ses propres d\u00e9fis. Suivre les m\u00e9thodes des autres pour introduire les OKR dans votre organisation est une erreur. Oui, il est bon de suivre les meilleures pratiques des OKR pour disposer au moins d&#039;un \u00ab cadre flexible \u00bb lorsque vous d\u00e9ployez les OKR, mais \u00e0 terme, vous devez vous retrouver avec un manuel qui refl\u00e8te votre organisation unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9couvrez une approche pratique pour \u00e9viter les erreurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rales
