comment parler de l&#039;avenir d&#039;une mani\u00e8re qui inspire et motive\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un manque de clart\u00e9 dans notre communication, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une orientation pass\u00e9e dans la mani\u00e8re dont nous abordons les personnes et les probl\u00e8mes, sont souvent responsables de la non-atteinte de nos objectifs de grande envergure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir et mieux \u00e9tay\u00e9s par une communication tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir, positive, motivante et bas\u00e9e sur le dialogue. Comment pouvons-nous parler de l\u2019avenir d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui inspire et motive ? \u2013 C\u2019est une question cruciale \u00e0 laquelle il faut r\u00e9pondre en agissant, car la durabilit\u00e9 et le succ\u00e8s des OKR en d\u00e9pendent largement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est un fait bien document\u00e9 et \u00e9tudi\u00e9 que, m\u00eame s&#039;ils sont bien form\u00e9s et pensent qu&#039;ils sont excellents en coaching, la plupart des managers disent toujours aux gens quoi faire. On ne peut pas leur en vouloir puisque :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Il est naturel de penser que le moyen le plus rapide d\u2019arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat est de dire aux gens quoi faire au lieu d\u2019avoir de longues conversations sur ce qu\u2019il faut faire ensuite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le style de gestion command\u00e9-contr\u00f4le est une habitude enracin\u00e9e dans de nombreuses cultures d\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisez ce qui suit <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Article de la Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/a> sur le style g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de communication et de coaching des managers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un changement dans notre approche de la communication et notre \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9ussir avec les OKR \u00e0 long terme. De par leur nature m\u00eame, les OKR \u00e9tant des objectifs ambitieux, ils ne sont pas faciles \u00e0 atteindre. Par cons\u00e9quent, le besoin fondamental d\u2019innovation et de collaboration est au c\u0153ur des OKR : les individus, quels que soient leur talent et leurs comp\u00e9tences, ne peuvent pas atteindre seuls des objectifs strat\u00e9giques de grande envergure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soyez curieux avec une intention optimiste et confiante.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe deux types de confiance sur lesquels nous pouvons nous concentrer \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Vous pouvez entrer dans une pi\u00e8ce, croire que vous pouvez r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes et avoir les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 tout par vous-m\u00eame. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la confiance \u00e9pist\u00e9mique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous pouvez entrer dans une pi\u00e8ce et croire, en toute confiance, que vous poss\u00e9dez les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour faciliter, susciter et d\u00e9couvrir les r\u00e9ponses correctes et collectives des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe au fil du temps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;option num\u00e9ro deux est bien plus susceptible de cr\u00e9er un environnement de confiance et de collaboration au fil du temps et de conduire \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des \u00ab performances OKR \u00bb.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>Le type de confiance<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">e<\/a> <\/strong>\u00e9voqu\u00e9e au point deux ci-dessus est appel\u00e9e confiance sociale. Cela peut se construire au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bon moyen de renforcer la confiance sociale est d\u2019arriver aux r\u00e9unions bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec d\u2019excellentes questions qui favorisent la collaboration et ont une intention positive. Gardez les questions simples mais align\u00e9es sur les OKR qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce fut un excellent d\u00e9but pour cet OKR puisque nous avons \u00e9crit l&#039;intention claire de ce que nous voulions r\u00e9aliser. Comment pouvons-nous rendre cet OKR plus ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats et ajouter de la valeur au client\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comment puis-je aider?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9 de savoir ce que vous avez fait pour cr\u00e9er une dynamique sur ce r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;\u00e9tait un travail remarquable\u00a0; s&#039;il vous pla\u00eet, dites-moi exactement comment vous y \u00eates parvenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons \u00e9chou\u00e9, mais c&#039;est formidable : l&#039;\u00e9chec, c&#039;est l&#039;apprentissage. Que savions-nous ? Et que pouvons-nous faire diff\u00e9remment ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR et communication orient\u00e9e vers l&#039;avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart d\u2019entre nous ont tendance \u00e0 revenir sur le pass\u00e9, ce qui est compr\u00e9hensible car il s\u2019agit d\u2019un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence r\u00e9aliste, et nous ne savons pas exactement ce que l\u2019avenir nous r\u00e9serve. Cependant, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences au pass\u00e9 ne sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques que lorsque nous les utilisons comme une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019en tirer des enseignements positifs. Comme les OKR sont orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir, ils vont de pair avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">une communication tourn\u00e9e vers l&#039;avenir<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici un exemple de la fa\u00e7on dont nous pouvons transformer des conversations orient\u00e9es vers le pass\u00e9 en une communication orient\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au lieu de \u00ab marteler \u00bb le comportement pass\u00e9 d&#039;un membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe que vous avez jug\u00e9 improductif, vous pouvez demander : pour quoi aimeriez-vous \u00eatre connu ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En posant cette question avec une intention positive et solidaire, cela peut cr\u00e9er une image positive dans l&#039;esprit des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe d&#039;un \u00e9tat futur souhait\u00e9. Le climat autour de la conversation sera plus positif si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>questions bien construites<\/strong><\/a> comme ceux-ci sont demand\u00e9s. C&#039;est probablement plus n\u00e9gatif si nous faisons des d\u00e9clarations r\u00e9p\u00e9titives sur le comportement pass\u00e9 des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utiliser une communication orient\u00e9e vers l&#039;avenir lors des r\u00e9unions li\u00e9es aux OKR, telles que les assembl\u00e9es publiques, les enregistrements et les \u00e9valuations, est susceptible de cr\u00e9er un climat motivant autour des OKR, en particulier lorsque vous, en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe, vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rez uniquement au pass\u00e9 comme point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des OKR align\u00e9s sur l&#039;objectif, les strat\u00e9gies et la vision op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9s de l&#039;entreprise existent pour cr\u00e9er un \u00e9tat futur souhait\u00e9 pour toutes les parties prenantes.
