(M\u00eame si le coaching d&#039;une transformation des perspectives<br>ce n&#039;est pas une t\u00e2che facile)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9ployer les OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En d\u00e9ployant des OKR, vous, en tant que leader ou groupe de direction, envoyez un message puissant\u00a0:<br>Nous favorisons une vision optimiste de l\u2019avenir et ensemble, nous pouvons r\u00e9aliser l\u2019avenir souhait\u00e9.<br>\u00c9tat.<br>Ce message doit \u00eatre coh\u00e9rent avec vos actions et ne sera pris au s\u00e9rieux que par toute l&#039;\u00e9quipe.<br>chers membres, si vous \u00eates vraiment s\u00e9rieux avec ce message et si vous pers\u00e9v\u00e9rez, m\u00eame lorsque les choses se compliquent<br>(et \u00e7a va devenir dur).<br>Bien que \u00ab l&#039;espoir ne soit pas une strat\u00e9gie \u00bb, les OKR envoient un message d&#039;espoir lorsqu&#039;ils sont efficacement introduits. Espoir<br>n\u2019est pas une strat\u00e9gie, mais un bien meilleur point de d\u00e9part qu\u2019une orientation vers le d\u00e9sespoir.<br>Le succ\u00e8s et la durabilit\u00e9 des OKR d\u00e9pendent fortement des facteurs suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alignement \u2013 Non seulement sur la vision de l\u2019entreprise, mais \u00e9galement sur une formulation efficace<br>strat\u00e9gies ainsi que la culture d&#039;entreprise de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s transparente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objectif et impact \u2013 c&#039;est un fait bien document\u00e9 que les gens ne recherchent pas seulement une carri\u00e8re, mais<br>aussi une cause et une communaut\u00e9.
