bien document\u00e9. Netflix a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sa strat\u00e9gie d&#039;innovation en cr\u00e9ant son contenu original en partie en d\u00e9ployant des OKR. D&#039;autres entreprises de renomm\u00e9e mondiale telles que Tesla, BMW et Microsoft utilisent les OKR comme m\u00e9thodologie agile de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs. Ils remportent le Business Game avec les meilleures pratiques mondiales en mati\u00e8re d&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains participants aux cours de praticiens et de leaders de l&#039;OKR Institute d\u00e9clarent qu&#039;ils ont lu des articles sur la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie des OKR par des entreprises c\u00e9l\u00e8bres, mais qu&#039;ils l&#039;ont rarement vu ou exp\u00e9riment\u00e9. Notre r\u00e9action g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au commentaire ci-dessus est que des erreurs courantes sont commises lors du d\u00e9ploiement des OKR qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es ou surmont\u00e9es en suivant les meilleures pratiques OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant qu&#039;Institut OKR, nous avons eu la chance de coacher et de mettre en \u0153uvre des OKR \u00e0 travers le monde dans de nombreux secteurs. Nous avons appris et appliqu\u00e9 plusieurs bonnes pratiques qui rendent les OKR durables et r\u00e9ussis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9cueil commun aux OKR est que certaines \u00e9quipes pensent initialement qu&#039;il s&#039;agit de d\u00e9finir efficacement les OKR et que le reste s&#039;occupera de lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont tr\u00e8s bien adapt\u00e9s aux nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail inspirantes dans lesquelles les gens sont plus connect\u00e9s les uns aux autres et \u00e0 leur travail. La plupart des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe demandent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelles m\u00e9thodologies sont les mieux utilis\u00e9es ? Devrions-nous utiliser des m\u00e9thodes agiles, des OKR et des KPI, ou devrions-nous, par exemple, n&#039;utiliser que des OKR\u00a0? La r\u00e9ponse simple est que vous pouvez tout utiliser, car ils se compl\u00e8tent tous. Par exemple, un KPI malsain, tel qu&#039;une baisse des ventes, peut \u00eatre transform\u00e9 en un KPI sain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cadre OKR.
