qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 d&#039;excellents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/business-outcomes\"><strong>r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/a> n\u00e9cessite l\u2019application pratique de meilleures pratiques optimis\u00e9es. Certains commentent que les OKR sont \u00ab si simples \u00bb et, dans une certaine mesure, ils ont raison. \u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, les OKR consistent simplement \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des objectifs, \u00e0 soutenir les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s et un plan d&#039;action qui s&#039;aligne sur ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de. Tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ci-dessus combin\u00e9s peuvent conduire \u00e0 d\u2019excellents r\u00e9sultats vitaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Excellents r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Un mod\u00e8le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s =<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augmentez ou diminuez une certaine mesure de _____ \u00e0 _____, par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augmenter les utilisateurs actifs quotidiens de 1\u00a0500 \u00e0 5\u00a0000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diminuer le taux de d\u00e9sabonnement de 5% \u00e0 2%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais : Quels crit\u00e8res garantissent dans la mesure du possible que nous \u00e9crivons les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s les plus optimaux ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ils doivent \u00eatre mesurables.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons grandi en nous disant des choses comme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Allez \u00e9tudier pour votre test&quot;, faites votre liste de corv\u00e9es, sans vous concentrer sur l&#039;avantage ultime de le faire, et cette tendance se poursuit \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole, \u00e0 l&#039;universit\u00e9 et dans nos carri\u00e8res. Cette habitude est souvent \u00e0 l&#039;origine du fait que les gens \u00e9crivent des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats, en particulier lorsqu&#039;ils commencent \u00e0 \u00e9crire des OKR. Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s tels que les suivants sont ax\u00e9s sur les extrants et non mesur\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Animer des sessions de coaching pour nos Baristas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9aliser une enqu\u00eate client<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9er une nouvelle page FAQ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9fi li\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s tels que ceux ci-dessus est qu&#039;ils ne diff\u00e8rent pas d&#039;une liste de t\u00e2ches, d&#039;une liste de projets ou d&#039;initiatives. Il ne s\u2019agit donc pas du tout de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s. Les principaux r\u00e9sultats combin\u00e9s constituent notre \u00ab syst\u00e8me de navigation vers l\u2019atteinte d\u2019un objectif \u00bb. Pour \u00eatre optimaux, les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s doivent contenir une mesure, telle qu&#039;un nombre ou un pourcentage. Nous ferions bien de garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit \u00e0 tout moment que les bons r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s ont plusieurs dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ils doivent suivre les progr\u00e8s vers un r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 tel que \u00ab animer 5 sessions de formation \u00bb n&#039;est pas optimal car il d\u00e9note simplement une activit\u00e9 r\u00e9p\u00e9titive sans aucune assurance qualit\u00e9 ; par cons\u00e9quent, ce r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 particulier ne suit pas n\u00e9cessairement les progr\u00e8s vers un r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9. Si nous facilitons toutefois 5 sessions de formation pour nos baristas afin de r\u00e9duire le temps de service du caf\u00e9 de cinq minutes \u00e0 deux minutes -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque nous nous dirigeons progressivement vers la r\u00e9duction du temps de service, nous nous rapprochons du r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9 de clients satisfaits qui aiment notre caf\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ils devraient repr\u00e9senter un \u00e9tirement pour l&#039;\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De par leur nature m\u00eame, les OKR sont des objectifs ambitieux et de grande envergure. Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9dig\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, nous devons les questionner pour nous assurer de leur validit\u00e9 : cela repr\u00e9sente-t-il vraiment un \u00ab \u00e9tirement \u00bb pour nous ou est-il facile d&#039;atteindre ce r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 ? S&#039;il est trop facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, il est probable qu&#039;il sera ignor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Collectivement, ils doivent atteindre l&#039;objectif<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certains cas, les \u00e9quipes \u00e9laborent et atteignent des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, mais elles doivent encore concr\u00e9tiser pleinement l\u2019objectif. Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, ils n\u2019ont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s optimaux et devraient ajouter d\u2019autres r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s ou affiner les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s actuels\u00a0; ils devront peut-\u00eatre faire les deux. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9flexion r\u00e9trospective approfondie qu\u2019ils pourront ensuite r\u00e9diger de grands r\u00e9sultats essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ils peuvent \u00eatre un m\u00e9lange de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/operations\/our-insights\/gauging-internal-efficiency-and-effectiveness-with-leading-and-lagging-indicators\">Indicateurs avanc\u00e9s et retard\u00e9s<\/a> (C&#039;est contextuel)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce que nous avons vu, en particulier en ce qui
