\u00e0 poser, car, en l&#039;absence de clart\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de la Vision et de la\/des strat\u00e9gie(s), nos OKR pourraient bien \u00eatre r\u00e9dig\u00e9s isol\u00e9ment, mal align\u00e9s et Pour \u00eatre plus clair sur ce qu&#039;est la strat\u00e9gie, nous pouvons \u00e9laborer sur ce que la strat\u00e9gie n&#039;est pas\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>La strat\u00e9gie ou les strat\u00e9gies ne sont pas des buts ou des objectifs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La strat\u00e9gie n&#039;est pas l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle \u2013 L&#039;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle est une capacit\u00e9 essentielle mais n&#039;est pas une strat\u00e9gie. L&#039;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, d&#039;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ne cr\u00e9era pas d&#039;avantage concurrentiel durable car tous ou certains de vos concurrents peuvent s&#039;y efforcer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La strat\u00e9gie n&#039;est pas une vision ou une mission, ni un ensemble de valeurs, mais les strat\u00e9gies peuvent \u00eatre align\u00e9es et\/ou int\u00e9gr\u00e9es avec ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de. Une vision peut cependant \u00eatre distill\u00e9e en strat\u00e9gie ou en strat\u00e9gies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pouvons-nous cr\u00e9er une clart\u00e9 de Strat\u00e9gie\/Strat\u00e9gies\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de ceux qui cr\u00e9ent des strat\u00e9gies diff\u00e8re souvent de celui de ceux qui doivent les ex\u00e9cuter, une convergence d&#039;\u00e9tats d&#039;esprit est n\u00e9cessaire pour formuler d&#039;excellentes strat\u00e9gies puis les ex\u00e9cuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les rois vikings, les yarls et les comtes (chefs), les seigneurs de guerre samoura\u00efs et les rois spartiates pouvaient souvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9s sur le champ de bataille avec leurs hommes, non seulement en train d&#039;observer mais aussi de combattre avec acharnement, en partie pour s&#039;assurer que leurs strat\u00e9gies de guerre pr\u00e9form\u00e9es seraient r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez besoin d&#039;une \u00ab\u00a0strat\u00e9gie pour votre strat\u00e9gie\u00a0\u00bb, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire d&#039;un cadre de formulation et d&#039;ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie qui garantit qu&#039;une action coh\u00e9rente et it\u00e9rative est entreprise pour donner vie \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie et pour la r\u00e9ussir. Une partie essentielle de ce cadre est que les dirigeants ne sont pas s\u00e9par\u00e9s de l&#039;ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie, mais en font plut\u00f4t partie int\u00e9grante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lorsque les dirigeants formulent des strat\u00e9gies mais se s\u00e9parent de leur ex\u00e9cution, ils\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, \u00e9tiquetez les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs strat\u00e9gies pos\u00e9es par ceux qui doivent ex\u00e9cuter, comme une r\u00e9sistance au changement. ?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strat\u00e9gies et OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour s&#039;assurer que nos OKR sont align\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois sur la vision de
