href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>r\u00e9unions<\/strong><\/a> est toujours \u00e0 l&#039;ordre du jour. Si nous voulons cr\u00e9er un succ\u00e8s durable pour notre entreprise et pour nous-m\u00eames, nous ferions bien de faire attention au temps pass\u00e9 en r\u00e9union et, plus important encore, d&#039;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s prudent envers les r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 aucun retour sur investissement n&#039;est obtenu sur notre communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&#039;agit simplement d&#039;une \u00e9tape parmi plusieurs pour d\u00e9finir des OKR ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats et align\u00e9s. Covey<\/a><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une question fr\u00e9quemment pos\u00e9e \u00e0 nos participants au cours OKR Leadership est\u00a0: trouvez-vous qu&#039;il est encore courant dans votre organisation que tr\u00e8s peu de personnes dans l&#039;\u00e9quipe parlent de loin le plus pendant les r\u00e9unions, et le reste ne fait que hocher la t\u00eate ? Ainsi, plus de quatre-vingt-dix pour cent de nos participants affirment que le sc\u00e9nario d\u00e9crit ci-dessus est toujours le cas au sein de leur organisation. Il y a plusieurs d\u00e9fis \u00e0 ce sc\u00e9nario :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ce n&#039;est pas une approche inclusive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous n&#039;apprenez que lorsque vous \u00e9coutez, pas lorsque vous parlez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce n&#039;est pas une approche collaborative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une approche de commande et de contr\u00f4le et non d&#039;un environnement o\u00f9 les solutions sont co-cr\u00e9\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous ne sauriez pas ce que les autres pensent s&#039;ils ne contribuent pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9union<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est potentiellement dangereux de faire de nombreuses d\u00e9clarations pendant les r\u00e9unions car elles sont difficiles \u00e0 reprendre. Les questions, cependant, dans le contexte d&#039;une \u00ab enqu\u00eate positive \u00bb, favorisent la collaboration et stimulent la pens\u00e9e positive et ax\u00e9e sur les solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons tendance \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les r\u00e9unions avec quoi dire. La communication est en fait \u00ab\u00a0le ciment qui maintient ensemble tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ci-dessus\u00a0\u00bb.<br><br>En tant que leaders et coachs, nous ferions bien de consid\u00e9rer l&#039;impact de la communication sur nos performances OKR. Dans &quot;l&#039;esprit&quot; d&#039;Agile et des OKR, nous devrions\u00a0:<br><br>\u2795 Aligner nos r\u00e9unions (Townhalls, r\u00e9unions, check-ins, s\u00e9ances de coaching) sur les r\u00e9sultats<br>\u2795 Soyez plus inclusif dans nos r\u00e9unions - Donnez \u00e0 tous une voix. Une attitude consistant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir conjointement quelle est la meilleure voie \u00e0 suivre, en posant des questions collaboratives plut\u00f4t qu&#039;en discutant excessivement avec une ou deux personnes, est plus propice \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 une dynamique d&#039;\u00e9quipe positive et \u00e0 des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<br>\u2795 Limiter le temps pass\u00e9 en r\u00e9union en se concentrant sur ce qui compte vraiment et en ayant peu de points \u00e0 l&#039;ordre du jour mais importants.<br>\u2795 \u00catre ax\u00e9 sur les solutions dans notre communication - nous devons donner l&#039;exemple en tant que leaders et coachs.<br>\u2795 Soyez transparent. Comment nos \u00e9quipes et leurs membres peuvent-ils aligner leurs OKR sur la vision et les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise si cela n&#039;est pas clair\u00a0?<br><br>En nous concentrant sur la fa\u00e7on dont nous communiquons et sur l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de notre communication, nous pouvons cr\u00e9er un fort \u00ab\u00a0retour sur investissement\u00a0\u00bb de notre temps pass\u00e9 dans les s\u00e9ances de coaching, les enregistrements et les assembl\u00e9es publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fa\u00e7on dont nous communiquons (\u00e0 la fois verbalement et non verbalement) est la partie la plus visible et la plus percutante de notre culture.
