l&#039;entreprise<\/strong><\/a> sont souvent affich\u00e9s sur les murs de leur si\u00e8ge social et de leurs succursales ou points de vente individuels ainsi que sur leurs sites Web respectifs. Ces d\u00e9clarations restent des d\u00e9clarations \u00e0 moins qu&#039;elles ne soient v\u00e9ritablement mises en pratique et que des progr\u00e8s clairs et coh\u00e9rents soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s vers l&#039;actualisation de la vision de l&#039;entreprise. La \u00ab\u00a0Clart\u00e9 de la vision\u00a0\u00bb peut augmenter consid\u00e9rablement les performances li\u00e9es aux OKR dans des contextes sp\u00e9cifiques, qui seront explor\u00e9s plus en d\u00e9tail dans cet article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNous voulons \u00eatre leader du march\u00e9 en Allemagne\u00bb, s&#039;exclame le PDG de l&#039;entreprise. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie en termes pratiques et comment le d\u00e9finirions-nous en interne pour clarifier le sens pour tous les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voulons-nous \u00eatre la meilleure, la plus grande et\/ou la plus rentable entreprise de notre segment de march\u00e9\u00a0? Et une fois que nous aurons choisi, selon quelle mesure sera-t-il prouv\u00e9 que nous sommes effectivement l\u2019entreprise la plus grande, la meilleure ou la plus rentable ? Cela d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement de notre d\u00e9finition collective, en tant qu&#039;entreprise, de ce que le succ\u00e8s signifie r\u00e9ellement pour nous, par exemple, quel impact positif et durable nous voulons avoir sur\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>notre but<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019environnement (\u00e9l\u00e9ment environnemental de notre vision et OKR li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ESG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos collaborateurs (OKR RH internes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alignement des OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que la vision susmentionn\u00e9e est co-cr\u00e9\u00e9e et\/ou clarifi\u00e9e, si elle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9e, ce haut niveau de clart\u00e9 nous offre une opportunit\u00e9 unique d&#039;aligner nos OKR de mani\u00e8re plus simple, verticalement. L&#039;alignement vertical fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&#039;alignement des OKR de l&#039;\u00e9quipe sur les OKR strat\u00e9giques et, finalement, \u00e0 l&#039;alignement de nos OKR strat\u00e9giques sur la vision de l&#039;entreprise. S&#039;il existe un alignement vertical de qualit\u00e9 au sein de vos OKR organisationnels, cela signifie que l&#039;actualisation des OKR repr\u00e9sente des progr\u00e8s \u00e9vidents vers l&#039;actualisation de la vision de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, si seule une minorit\u00e9 significative de personnes au sein de l\u2019organisation conna\u00eet la vision et la mani\u00e8re dont elle est clairement d\u00e9finie en interne, il serait tr\u00e8s difficile de la r\u00e9aliser en fin de compte. Il y a quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans une vision qui peuvent la rendre beaucoup plus simple (mais pas simple car une vision est un objectif de grande envergure) \u00e0 atteindre\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019une vision est claire et d\u00e9finie, elle est plus facile \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019une vision est convaincante, obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion est beaucoup plus simple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019une vision inspire la plupart des membres de l\u2019entreprise et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, la concr\u00e9tiser est une t\u00e2che moins complexe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque des OKR puissants et ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats sont align\u00e9s verticalement sur la vision de l\u2019entreprise, il devient beaucoup plus probable que la vision devienne une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu\u2019un boxeur professionnel de haut rang a la vision de devenir champion du monde, il est simple de se visualiser avec la ceinture de titre autour de la taille. En remportant le combat pour le titre et en mettant la ceinture de titre tant convoit\u00e9e autour de lui, il sait qu\u2019il a actualis\u00e9 sa vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019analyse de rentabilit\u00e9 en ce qui concerne Vision est plus complexe que notre exemple du monde du sport et n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas aussi claire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part\u00a0; c\u2019est donc du temps bien d\u00e9pens\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er plus de clart\u00e9. Voulons-nous \u00eatre plus grands qu\u2019Apple en termes de capitalisation boursi\u00e8re ? Si tel est le cas, nous devrons am\u00e9liorer la capitalisation boursi\u00e8re de $2,54 billions atteinte par Apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00catre la plus grande entreprise ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que vous serez le plus rentable, ni n\u00e9cessairement le meilleur (en fournissant le meilleur service). Il ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 l\u2019impact que vous souhaitez avoir (cr\u00e9er des emplois de haute qualit\u00e9, am\u00e9liorer la vie, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons \u00eatre extr\u00eamement bien financ\u00e9s en tant que transporteur a\u00e9rien et, par cons\u00e9quent, avoir la plus grande flotte, mais encore une fois, cela ne signifie pas que nous sommes les plus rentables ni les meilleurs de leur cat\u00e9gorie en mati\u00e8re de service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que l\u2019\u00e9tat final souhait\u00e9 que nous avons en t\u00eate est clairement d\u00e9fini et que nous savons exactement ce que nous voulons atteindre en fin de compte, il devient plus clair sur quoi nous concentrer lorsque nous effectuons une planification strat\u00e9gique.
