class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa est n\u00e9 dans le monde de l&#039;entrepreneuriat et dans l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de remettre en question le statu quo. Ses parents ont poss\u00e9d\u00e9 plusieurs entreprises pendant des d\u00e9cennies et elle a poursuivi la tendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que notre conversation tournait vers les femmes dans la technologie, Yuki a fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/ikigai\/\">\u00ab Ikiga\u00ef \u00bb <\/a>l&#039;interpr\u00e9tation japonaise du concept d&#039;avoir un but, ou plus de sens et d&#039;impact dans votre vie. \u00ab Ikigai \u00bb, vaguement traduit par raison d&#039;\u00eatre, est une approche \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e visant \u00e0 trouver plus d&#039;impact et de sens et se concentre sur des objectifs personnels, familiaux et professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki est non seulement la directrice nationale malaisienne de Women in Tech, mais elle est \u00e9galement fortement impliqu\u00e9e dans la transformation du paysage entrepreneurial des femmes dans la r\u00e9gion APAC. De plus, elle est tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9e pour avoir un impact au Japon o\u00f9 le gouvernement se concentre actuellement sur le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;une sc\u00e8ne de start-up dynamique avec un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me solide \u00e0 l&#039;appui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entra\u00eeneurs, les dirigeants et les formateurs nous enseignent souvent que nous ne devons pas &quot;diluer notre concentration&quot; et nous impliquer dans trop d&#039;entreprises - Il y a cependant toujours des exceptions aux r\u00e8gles. Un vrai sens de l&#039;Ikigai peut \u00eatre le catalyseur pour fournir suffisamment d&#039;\u00e9nergie et de dynamisme pour poursuivre avec succ\u00e8s de multiples entreprises - Yuki est \u00e9galement la cofondatrice de Rinne Technologies et par cons\u00e9quent \u00ab marche son discours \u00bb, non seulement en tant que d\u00e9fenseur des femmes entrepreneurs et professionnelles dans tech mais aussi \u00eatre un entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec plus de deux cent trente mille participants \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement et la d\u00e9claration emphatique sur leur site Web de\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>En mission pour autonomiser 5 millions de femmes et de filles d&#039;ici 2030&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech ne se contente pas de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 l&#039;autonomisation des femmes, mais agit en cons\u00e9quence, en soutenant plusieurs initiatives DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) et ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) et en d\u00e9fendant activement la cause des femmes \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;Institut OKR s&#039;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la section malaisienne de Women in Tech dans le but de soutenir\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Autonomisation entrepreneuriale des femmes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiatives DEI et ESG<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici des exemples d&#039;OKR DEI et ESG\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objectif<\/strong>: Am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la diversit\u00e9 dans notre organisation&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 1\u00a0:&nbsp;<\/strong>Refonte 100% de nos fiches m\u00e9tiers avec un langage inclusif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 2\u00a0:&nbsp;<\/strong>Augmenter le pourcentage d&#039;employ\u00e9s diversifi\u00e9s de X% \u00e0 Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 3\u00a0:&nbsp;<\/strong>Augmenter le pourcentage de femmes occupant des postes de direction de X% \u00e0 Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 4\u00a0:&nbsp;<\/strong>Augmenter le pourcentage de minorit\u00e9s sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les r\u00f4les techniques de X% \u00e0 Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 5\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>Augmenter le pourcentage de stages minoritaires \u00e0 partir de X%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoir un impact positif sur notre environnement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 de notre cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement ont diminu\u00e9 de 10 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X\u00a0% de nos fournisseurs ont accept\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 un accord z\u00e9ro\u00a0% de plastique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;impact CO\u2082 moyen estim\u00e9 de nos employ\u00e9s sur les trajets domicile-travail a diminu\u00e9 de X\u00a0%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute personne ayant une exp\u00e9rience significative en mati\u00e8re d&#039;OKR sait que \u00ab\u00a0les OKR ne se r\u00e9alisent pas d&#039;eux-m\u00eames\u00a0: un leadership fort, une culture de haute performance et la capacit\u00e9 des ressources ont tous un impact sur les performances des OKR. Yuki et moi avons ensuite discut\u00e9 du leadership et abord\u00e9 une d\u00e9finition plus \u00e9troite du leadership qui rend le concept plus pratique\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Le leadership est la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019inspirer les gens \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser collectivement un \u00e9tat futur souhait\u00e9 \u00bb. Souvent, les strat\u00e9gies et les objectifs ne parviennent pas \u00e0 \u00eatre actualis\u00e9s (90% de l&#039;\u00e9poque selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/354944\/leaders-bring-strategy-back-focus.aspx\">Harvard et Gallup)<\/a> principalement parce qu\u2019il y a un manque de clart\u00e9 sur la signification des strat\u00e9gies et sur la mani\u00e8re de les ex\u00e9cuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les strat\u00e9gies et les objectifs peuvent \u00eatre clarifi\u00e9s en :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre plus inclusif dans leur cr\u00e9ation (Donner une voix au client et aux membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En le simplifiant d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment, ce qui simplifie \u00e0 la fois la compr\u00e9hension et l&#039;ex\u00e9cution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alignement transparent des strat\u00e9gies et des objectifs sur la vision de l&#039;entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech a une vision claire et les \u00e9tapes pour y parvenir deviennent de plus en plus claires \u00e0 mesure que leur nombre de membres augmente, qu&#039;elles lancent plus de chapitres et qu&#039;elles plaident pour l&#039;autonomisation des femmes entrepreneurs et professionnelles de la technologie. WIT a des allocutions de haut niveau \u00e0 travers le monde et engage activement les gouvernements et les agences gouvernementales \u00e0 avoir un impact. Mais cela ne s&#039;arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0, WIT recherche activement des partenariats priv\u00e9s pour relever les d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les femmes entrepreneurs et professionnelles de la technologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa a une approche pragmatique de l&#039;autonomisation des femmes et a mentionn\u00e9 qu&#039;il ne s&#039;agit pas seulement de plaidoyer, de partenariat et d&#039;adh\u00e9sion, mais aussi d&#039;autonomisation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences immersives de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences, de mentorat
