nous d\u00e9couvrirons l&#039;histoire de la d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs et examinerons de plus pr\u00e8s l&#039;avenir des objectifs et des buts.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les racines de <a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKAMZaVFxlhTkQlj7jPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1700578523\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fen.wikipedia.org%2fwiki%2fGoal_setting\/RK=2\/RS=pjYm2f91ZQ49BgWOEGH0aFjYtus-\">\u00c9tablissement d&#039;objectifs<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019objectifs existe depuis des si\u00e8cles et est profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9 dans le tissu de la civilisation humaine. Des civilisations anciennes aux temps modernes, les humains ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser quelque chose de significatif. Les premiers philosophes comme Aristote et Platon ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un comportement ax\u00e9 sur un but, reconnaissant l\u2019importance de s\u2019efforcer d\u2019atteindre des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, c\u2019est dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 que les th\u00e9ories de la fixation d\u2019objectifs ont gagn\u00e9 du terrain. Des pionniers comme Edwin Locke et Gary Latham ont men\u00e9 des recherches approfondies sur l\u2019impact de la d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques et ambitieux sur la performance et la motivation individuelles. Cela a marqu\u00e9 un changement de paradigme dans la fa\u00e7on dont nous abordons la d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter Drucker a introduit la gestion par objectifs \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 60 et s&#039;est fortement concentr\u00e9 sur des objectifs qui refl\u00e9taient les priorit\u00e9s de l&#039;entreprise. Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 80, nous avons vu \u00e9merger des KPI, et un Balanced Scorecard a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/blog\/productivity\/how-to-write-smart-goals\">Objectifs SMART<\/a>: Un changement de paradigme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques d\u00e9cennies plus tard, une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs a attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention des professionnels du monde entier. Cette m\u00e9thode, connue sous le nom d&#039;objectifs SMART, est l&#039;acronyme de Sp\u00e9cifique, Mesurable, Atteignable, Relevant et Temporel. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait simple mais puissante : les individus et les organisations pouvaient augmenter leurs chances de succ\u00e8s en se fixant des objectifs r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 ces cinq cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs SMART ont fourni un cadre structur\u00e9, apportant clart\u00e9 et concentration au processus de d\u00e9finition des objectifs. Ils ont aid\u00e9 les individus \u00e0 d\u00e9finir leurs objectifs, \u00e0 mesurer leurs progr\u00e8s et \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9s. Cette m\u00e9thode est devenue la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs dans divers secteurs, les organisations l\u2019adoptant comme pierre angulaire de la gestion des performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 leur adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et leurs nombreux avantages, les objectifs SMART avaient leurs limites. Ils n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 proposer une approche globale pour atteindre les objectifs, n\u00e9cessitant souvent plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 aux circonstances changeantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs SMART ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats mais plut\u00f4t, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, sur les r\u00e9sultats. Les r\u00e9sultats expliquent les avantages et la valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les parties prenantes dans la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les extrants sont des activit\u00e9s mais ils ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9s ni align\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019essor des OKR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrez dans les OKR, une m\u00e9thodologie de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs apparue dans les ann\u00e9es 1970 et qui a gagn\u00e9 en popularit\u00e9 dans l&#039;industrie technologique. Originaires d&#039;Intel et ensuite popularis\u00e9s par Google, les OKR ont pris d&#039;assaut le paysage traditionnel de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs. Andy Grove chez Intel a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les OKR comme m\u00e9thode pour surpasser ses concurrents, qui \u00e9taient principalement Motorolla \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les frameworks OKRs sont une m\u00e9thode agile de d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs, ce qui signifie que la collaboration, un haut degr\u00e9 d\u2019autonomie et l\u2019innovation, ainsi que l\u2019orientation client sont favoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR signifient Objectifs et R\u00e9sultats Cl\u00e9s. Les objectifs sont des buts ambitieux et qualitatifs qui fixent une direction et incitent les individus ou les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 viser la grandeur. Toutefois, les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont des r\u00e9sultats sp\u00e9cifiques et mesurables qui d\u00e9finissent le succ\u00e8s dans la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui rend les OKR vraiment r\u00e9volutionnaires, c&#039;est leur simplicit\u00e9 et leur flexibilit\u00e9. Ils offrent un cadre l\u00e9ger qui peut se r\u00e9percuter sans effort dans toute une organisation, alignant les objectifs sur plusieurs niveaux. Qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse d&#039;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 multinationale ou d&#039;une petite startup, les OKR peuvent s&#039;adapter \u00e0 vos besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, en fournissant un cadre qui facilite la concentration et la flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les avantages des OKR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voyons maintenant pourquoi les OKR sont salu\u00e9s comme l&#039;avenir de la d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs. Voici quelques avantages cl\u00e9s qui distinguent les OKR\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alignement en cascade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR permettent aux organisations de parvenir \u00e0 un alignement, garantissant que chaque individu et chaque \u00e9quipe travaille vers un objectif commun. En fixant des objectifs ambitieux et en d\u00e9finissant les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, les OKR aident \u00e0 prioriser les efforts, les t\u00e2ches et les initiatives et \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les distractions.
