Les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s ne peuvent \u00eatre atteints que lorsque nos \u00e9quipes sont constamment occup\u00e9es avec les \u00ab\u00a0bonnes choses\u00a0\u00bb qui produisent des r\u00e9sultats. Sommes-nous en train de nous ajuster\u00a0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sommes-nous occup\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler ensemble sur une vision commune ou sommes-nous actifs pour le plaisir d&#039;\u00eatre actifs\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Un article r\u00e9cent de la Harvard Business Review <\/a>\u00abd\u00e9balle\u00bb le concept d&#039;activit\u00e9, comment il est devenu un symbole de statut social et comment il affecte la performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous devrions \u00eatre occup\u00e9s par des priorit\u00e9s et des activit\u00e9s sur lesquelles nous avons le contr\u00f4le ou des activit\u00e9s sur lesquelles nous pouvons influencer, pour atteindre nos objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">Productivit\u00e9<\/a> peuvent \u00eatre distill\u00e9s dans les concepts d&#039;\u00ab efficience \u00bb et d&#039;\u00ab efficacit\u00e9 \u00bb \u00e0 des fins de clarification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;efficacit\u00e9, c&#039;est \u00ab\u00a0faire ce qu&#039;il faut\u00a0\u00bb - C&#039;est la bonne chose \u00e0 faire pour mener des campagnes de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;efficacit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0faire ce qu&#039;il faut, de la bonne mani\u00e8re, afin d&#039;obtenir des r\u00e9sultats\u00a0\u00bb - L&#039;ex\u00e9cution des m\u00eames campagnes de marketing bas\u00e9es sur des campagnes pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9ussies et une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 approfondie peut apporter les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s. Produire les bons r\u00e9sultats est, le plus souvent, un processus it\u00e9ratif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La production des bons r\u00e9sultats est bas\u00e9e sur la priorisation et l&#039;alignement - Alignement sur la vision partag\u00e9e et la priorisation des objectifs, mesures et activit\u00e9s les plus percutants sur la vision de l&#039;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix a fait le choix strat\u00e9gique clair de cr\u00e9er son propre contenu original de haute qualit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que de diffuser le contenu d&#039;autres studios et a align\u00e9 ses priorit\u00e9s, ses objectifs et ses buts sur ce choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obtention d&#039;OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;OKR et la r\u00e9alisation d&#039;OKR sont des concepts diff\u00e9rents, mais bien s\u00fbr, la fa\u00e7on dont vous d\u00e9ployez les OKR a un impact important sur leur r\u00e9alisation. Il est peu probable que l&#039;activit\u00e9, telle qu&#039;elle est d\u00e9crite dans cet article, fasse avancer les choses dans la r\u00e9alisation des OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs personnes et entreprises r\u00e9digent des listes de t\u00e2ches au lieu d&#039;OKR, mais appellent toujours les m\u00eames listes de t\u00e2ches OKR. Ils ne sont pas \u00e0 bl\u00e2mer, mais le conditionnement l&#039;est. Nous sommes conditionn\u00e9s d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des listes de t\u00e2ches et \u00e0 les cocher au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous les compl\u00e9tons - cela donne un \u00abcoup de dopamine\u00bb, un sentiment d&#039;accomplissement et la preuve que nous sommes effectivement occup\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nous devions hi\u00e9rarchiser ces m\u00eames t\u00e2ches en fonction du degr\u00e9 d&#039;impact sur les indicateurs cl\u00e9s (r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s) et de leur impact final sur nos objectifs communs, nous avons positivement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 nos chances d&#039;atteindre l&#039;OKR\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;alignement, les v\u00e9rifications, la r\u00e9daction d&#039;OKR puissants et la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9alisation d&#039;OKR\u00a0\u00bb sont tous des facteurs de succ\u00e8s des cadres d&#039;objectifs et de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&quot;Faire des OKR&quot;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu&#039;est-ce qui garantit (dans la mesure du possible) le succ\u00e8s des OKR\u00a0? Nous pouvons r\u00e9diger des OKR parfaits, mais en fin de compte, c&#039;est ce que nous faisons collectivement en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe qui est de la plus haute importance pour atteindre les OKR. Nous devons faire ce qui est difficile - c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e9viter trop de confort en faisant perp\u00e9tuellement ce que nous avons l&#039;habitude de faire et \u00e0 la place faire ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour y parvenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos listes de t\u00e2ches \u00e0 l&#039;appui de l&#039;actualisation des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s ne doivent donc pas repr\u00e9senter nos activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, mais plut\u00f4t les projets, t\u00e2ches et initiatives les plus efficaces (ou susceptibles d&#039;\u00eatre les plus efficaces), que cela nous plaise ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une action imm\u00e9diate est un facteur suppl\u00e9mentaire important dans la r\u00e9alisation et le succ\u00e8s durable des OKR. M\u00eame si nous commen\u00e7ons petit et construisons \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, nous devons prendre des mesures imm\u00e9diates apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9dig\u00e9 les OKR. Plus le d\u00e9lai entre le processus de r\u00e9daction et l&#039;action culmine en risquant de ne pas d\u00e9marrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous devons \u00eatre &quot;tr\u00e8s mal \u00e0 l&#039;aise&quot; pendant le d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;OKRS -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enthousiasm\u00e9 par le nouveau voyage et que nous atteindrons des objectifs ambitieux en \u00e9quipe. Inconfortable car une croissance v\u00e9ritable et durable ne se produit qu&#039;en dehors de nos zones de confort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une combinaison de leadership fort, de diligence et de discipline peut assurer l&#039;ex\u00e9cution perp\u00e9tuelle des OKR. Des messages coh\u00e9rents, un soutien et un encadrement de la part de la direction, une discipline dans les v\u00e9rifications hebdomadaires productives et une action continue sont d&#039;autres ingr\u00e9dients du \u00ab succ\u00e8s OKR \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si, par exemple, nous faisons l&#039;exp\u00e9rience d&#039;une mairie tr\u00e8s inspirante pour &quot;lancer&quot; l&#039;OKRS, suivie uniquement d&#039;un &quot;commandement et contr\u00f4le&quot; et d&#039;un environnement n\u00e9gatif lors de nos enregistrements, il nous sera extr\u00eamement difficile d&#039;y parvenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont inspirants, tourn\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir et orient\u00e9s vers l&#039;action. En tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipes, nous devons aligner nos comportements sur le caract\u00e8re des OKR, en tenant compte et en agissant sur tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, nous pouvons collectivement
