compl\u00e8tent.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous n&#039;avez pas \u00e0 choisir entre les m\u00e9thodologies Agiles et les cadres de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs tels que les OKR et les KPI, car ils se compl\u00e8tent tous. C&#039;est une question de point de vue :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous consid\u00e9rez toutes les m\u00e9thodologies Agiles et les cadres de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs comme faisant partie d&#039;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de performance plus \u00e9tendu, cette vision plus large vous permettra d&#039;utiliser et d&#039;int\u00e9grer toutes les m\u00e9thodologies susmentionn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re durable et au grand avantage de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agile peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fini comme :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039; C&#039;est un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit et une m\u00e9thode pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;innovation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration approfondie avec les clients et \u00e0 des tests et \u00e0 un apprentissage adaptatifs<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>La revue commerciale de Harvard<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR et KPI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe une multitude de d\u00e9bats centr\u00e9s sur les m\u00e9thodologies en termes de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail et de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs qui sont meilleures que d&#039;autres\u00a0:<br>Certains pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les KPI aux OKR, par exemple. Ce n&#039;est pas un d\u00e9bat qui en vaut la peine car les OKR compl\u00e8tent les KPI et vice versa. Les sprints peuvent faire partie de votre plan d&#039;action pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats critiques, et les \u00e9pop\u00e9es et les r\u00e9cits d&#039;utilisateurs peuvent faire partie de vos cadres OKR.<br><br>En ce qui concerne les m\u00e9thodologies Agiles et les cadres de d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs, il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;un sc\u00e9nario \u00ab\u00a0soit\/ou\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; c&#039;est plut\u00f4t une question d&#039;int\u00e9gration et d&#039;alignement.<br><br>Les KPI, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, mesurent la sant\u00e9 de votre entreprise. Un &#039;KPI malsain&#039; tel qu&#039;une baisse des ventes peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cadre OKR, et un OKR actualis\u00e9 peut devenir un KPI.<br><br>Un objectif op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9 sous-tend la performance OKR, et les cadres OKR doivent \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s avec le syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise en tant que normes de comportement pour assurer l&#039;alignement avec la culture de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 titre d&#039;exemple clair, Nokia avait un objectif tr\u00e8s louable de CONNECTER LES GENS. Ce but, malheureusement, a gliss\u00e9 vers le bas dans leur classement des priorit\u00e9s car ils \u00e9taient dans un mode d&#039;acquisition robuste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le m\u00eame temps, Apple a pris \u00e0 c\u0153ur l&#039;objectif de CONNECTER LES PERSONNES et l&#039;a op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9\u00a0; en rendant leurs appareils simples et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des designs \u00e9l\u00e9gants et accrocheurs, ils ont v\u00e9ritablement connect\u00e9 les gens, et le reste appartient \u00e0 l&#039;histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les \u00e9quipes sont v\u00e9ritablement connect\u00e9es \u00e0 un objectif op\u00e9rationnel, cela peut en soi \u00eatre un moteur de performance important - lorsqu&#039;une h\u00f4tesse de l&#039;air se consid\u00e8re non seulement comme une personne qui sert les autres sur un vol, mais comme une personne qui relie les autres \u00e0 ce qui compte (leurs familles , emplois, carri\u00e8res), elle sera susceptible d&#039;accorder plus d&#039;attention \u00e0 ce qu&#039;elle dit et fait pour mieux servir les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR, les KPI, Scrum et la gestion de projet Agile sont optimaux lorsqu&#039;ils sont align\u00e9s sur une culture de croissance illustr\u00e9e par les valeurs de l&#039;entreprise. Les d\u00e9cisions prises lors du d\u00e9ploiement de l&#039;une de ces m\u00e9thodologies, ou d&#039;une combinaison de celles-ci, doivent \u00eatre filtr\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise ou des \u00e9quipes pour garantir la validit\u00e9 et l&#039;alignement.
