concerne d&#039;abord la convergence des mentalit\u00e9s : la m\u00eame attitude \u00e0 l&#039;origine des strat\u00e9gies est souvent diff\u00e9rente de la mentalit\u00e9 de ceux qui doivent ex\u00e9cuter le m\u00eame plan directeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe qui doivent finalement ex\u00e9cuter la strat\u00e9gie soul\u00e8vent des questions, ceux qui ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 la ou les strat\u00e9gies la per\u00e7oivent souvent comme une r\u00e9sistance au changement. Cependant, le plus souvent, et de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ces m\u00eames questions sont pos\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de clarification - Si vous n&#039;\u00eates pas clair sur la strat\u00e9gie, comment pouvez-vous l&#039;ex\u00e9cuter\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;Le succ\u00e8s d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui n\u00e9cessite l&#039;agilit\u00e9 et la volont\u00e9 de constamment repenser, revigorer, r\u00e9agir et r\u00e9inventer.&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Gates<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une consid\u00e9ration vitale pourrait \u00eatre de repenser et de remodeler la fa\u00e7on dont nous cr\u00e9ons des strat\u00e9gies, les verbalisons et les pr\u00e9sentons \u00e0 ceux qui doivent les ex\u00e9cuter. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En co-cr\u00e9ant autant que possible des strat\u00e9gies (L&#039;effet IKEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En permettant aux strat\u00e9gies d&#039;\u00eatre remises en question et remodel\u00e9es par d&#039;autres qui doivent les ex\u00e9cuter\u00a0:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous changeons l&#039;approche traditionnelle et l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de la cr\u00e9ation et de l&#039;ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les strat\u00e9gies sont plus pr\u00e9cises lorsqu&#039;elles sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme un ensemble de choix<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les strat\u00e9gies et les objectifs sont diff\u00e9rents, mais il arrive que les dirigeants fournissent parfois une liste d&#039;objectifs lorsqu&#039;on leur demande leurs strat\u00e9gies.<br><br>Les strat\u00e9gies sont plus pr\u00e9cises lorsqu&#039;elles repr\u00e9sentent un choix ou des choix clairs. Par exemple:<br><br>Netflix a choisi entre diffuser le contenu d&#039;autres studios et cr\u00e9er le leur, et le reste appartient \u00e0 l&#039;histoire. Lorsqu&#039;un fabricant de jouets commence \u00e0 transformer des jouets en mod\u00e8les \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle parfaite, il cible les amateurs adultes plut\u00f4t que les enfants.<br><br>L&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat d&#039;avoir une strat\u00e9gie est de se diff\u00e9rencier de la concurrence. La forme la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#039;une strat\u00e9gie consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un espace de march\u00e9 incontest\u00e9.<br><br>Jouer au \u00ab rattrapage \u00bb avec la concurrence, c&#039;est purement jouer au \u00ab rattrapage \u00bb et pas vraiment une strat\u00e9gie au vrai sens du terme. Lors du rattrapage, vous n&#039;atteindrez qu&#039;un point que la concurrence est susceptible d&#039;avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 quitt\u00e9 d&#039;ici l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Un article de la revue d&#039;affaires de Harvard<\/a> r\u00e9v\u00e8le pourquoi nous avons tous besoin d&#039;une histoire pour notre strat\u00e9gie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelle est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de toute transformation ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de toute transformation devrait-elle \u00eatre le changement des mentalit\u00e9s ? \u2013 Vous devez vous transformer en une organisation agile avec un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit diff\u00e9rent de celui que vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9 une organisation traditionnelle.<br><br>\u00c0 tout le moins, vous avez besoin d&#039;une approche ouverte au changement pour que les initiatives de changement soient durables\u00a0:<br><br>Les choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9s de la Participation sur le Pouvoir<br>Le progr\u00e8s plut\u00f4t que la perfection<br>Autonomie sur le contr\u00f4le<br>L&#039;action plut\u00f4t que l&#039;analyse<br><br>Repr\u00e9sente un changement de mentalit\u00e9. Nous devons offrir des exp\u00e9riences immersives d&#039;Agile \u00e0 au moins les trois niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs de gestion pour soutenir les choix ci-dessus. Les d\u00e9cisions ci-dessus, par exemple, l&#039;autonomie sur le contr\u00f4le, n&#039;impliquent pas qu&#039;aucun contr\u00f4le ne sera en place (sans aucune r\u00e8gle, le chaos s&#039;ensuivra)\u00a0; c&#039;est simplement une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence clairement \u00e9nonc\u00e9e et un point focal.<br><br>Essayer de convaincre les d\u00e9cideurs avec seulement la th\u00e9orie ne sera pas durable. Une approche exp\u00e9rimentale peut \u00eatre un point de d\u00e9part pour introduire les OKR dans une organisation. Lorsque l&#039;organisation a connu plusieurs ann\u00e9es de pi\u00e8tre performance, il peut \u00eatre prudent de viser d&#039;abord les \u00ab\u00a0petites victoires\u00a0\u00bb pour reprendre de l&#039;\u00e9lan avant de viser des \u00ab\u00a0objectifs ambitieux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu&#039;est-ce qu&#039;un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Agile, alors ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Agile peut \u00eatre d\u00e9crit comme une vision optimiste et enthousiaste de l&#039;\u00e9tat futur de notre entreprise, bas\u00e9e sur notre croyance collective en notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir un impact important sur la fa\u00e7on dont nous fa\u00e7onnons l&#039;avenir de notre entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9s, tels que Progress over Perfection, repr\u00e9sentent en outre un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Agile. Un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Agile est align\u00e9 et ax\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation de valeur plus rapide pour mon client utilisateur final ou client, en privil\u00e9giant les m\u00e9thodologies Agiles telles que les cadres Scrum et OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central d&#039;un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit agile consiste \u00e0 adopter pleinement les initiatives de changement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Une orientation Growth mindset (\u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 un locus de contr\u00f4le interne) est propice \u00e0 l&#039;atteinte d&#039;objectifs ambitieux et au d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;autres m\u00e9thodologies Agiles. En revanche, un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Fixe (\u00e9troitement li\u00e9 \u00e0 un locus de contr\u00f4le externe) n&#039;est pas propice \u00e0 la collaboration, aux m\u00e9thodes agiles et aux transformations r\u00e9ussies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une orientation sur le locus de contr\u00f4le interne signifie que nous assumons la responsabilit\u00e9 de nos actions et encourageons la conviction que nous pouvons nous am\u00e9liorer et grandir \u00e0 partir de notre position actuelle. Pour plus de clart\u00e9, il faut pr\u00e9ciser qu&#039;un niveau extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de locus de contr\u00f4le interne peut \u00eatre contre-productif. Maintenir un \u00e9quilibre est toujours essentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un locus de contr\u00f4le externe est une orientation vers le fait de bl\u00e2mer les facteurs externes pour une mauvaise performance - Une concentration excessive sur des choses au-del\u00e0 de votre contr\u00f4le ou de votre influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le locus de contr\u00f4le peut \u00eatre test\u00e9 et vous pouvez \u00eatre coach\u00e9 d&#039;un locus d&#039;orientation de contr\u00f4le externe \u00e0 un locus de contr\u00f4le interne - bien que, dans de nombreux cas, cela soit difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des parties prenantes et la clart\u00e9 de la vision, les strat\u00e9gies porteront probablement leurs fruits.
