OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;utilisation des cadres OKR est devenue courante et, dans de plus en plus d&#039;organisations, ils sont devenus une \u00ab\u00a0meilleure pratique\u00a0\u00bb. En partie, les OKR sont favoris\u00e9s en raison du r\u00f4le qu&#039;ils jouent pour combler le foss\u00e9 entre la strat\u00e9gie et l&#039;ex\u00e9cution lorsqu&#039;ils sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines organisations disposant de peu de ressources restantes feraient mieux de rechercher d&#039;abord des \u00ab petites victoires \u00bb pour retrouver leur \u00e9lan apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e et prolong\u00e9e de mauvaises performances, avant de se lancer dans des \u00ab objectifs ambitieux \u00bb. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thinking,_Fast_and_Slow\">Selon les recherches de Daniel Kahneman et Amos Tverskys<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9chec a tendance \u00e0 placer les d\u00e9cideurs dans un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de recherche de risques. Ils parient sur des \u00ab objectifs ambitieux \u00bb sans les ressources ni les connaissances suffisantes pour les atteindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les &#039;Stretch Goals&#039; sont difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les ressources, tant financi\u00e8res qu&#039;humaines, doivent \u00eatre prises en compte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les objectifs \u00e9tendus sont des fronti\u00e8res au-del\u00e0 du connu et du \u00ab\u00a0business as usual\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C&#039;est un risque consid\u00e9rable de tenter d&#039;atteindre des objectifs ambitieux de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e sans les aligner sur la culture de l&#039;organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une orientation et une culture traditionnelles fortes ne constituent pas un environnement optimal pour les objectifs ambitieux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourtant, il peut s&#039;agir de l&#039;effort le plus utile pour toute entreprise\u00a0: - Lorsqu&#039;il est correctement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9, \u00e9largissez les objectifs\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir plusieurs m\u00e9canismes de motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmente le niveau d&#039;engagement des employ\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmente le taux d&#039;innovation de l&#039;entreprise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoute une valeur consid\u00e9rable aux clients\/clients\/utilisateurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, l&#039;inclusion et la collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Casse l&#039;effet de silo et les hi\u00e9rarchies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peut v\u00e9ritablement diff\u00e9rencier une entreprise de ses concurrents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi les gens n&#039;agissent-ils pas sur les strat\u00e9gies\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une \u00e9tude par <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/no-one-knows-your-strategy-not-even-your-top-leaders\/\">MIT Sloane<\/a> <\/strong>a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au plus haut niveau d&#039;une entreprise, en moyenne, seuls les 51% connaissent et comprennent les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise. Au niveau des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, il est nettement inf\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 22% ; au niveau de l&#039;encadrement interm\u00e9diaire, il est aussi bas que 18% ; et au niveau du superviseur de premi\u00e8re ligne, il est aussi bas que 13%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne vaut pas la peine de &quot;lancer&quot; une discussion sur &quot;l&#039;\u00e9cart savoir-faire&quot; sans s&#039;assurer que de plus en plus de membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe de l&#039;entreprise connaissent les strat\u00e9gies de l&#039;entreprise et l&#039;impact de leurs r\u00f4les respectifs sur ces m\u00eames strat\u00e9gies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En plus de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, il existe souvent un \u00e9cart important entre l&#039;orientation et la r\u00e9flexion de ceux qui cr\u00e9ent les strat\u00e9gies et de ceux qui doivent les mettre en \u0153uvre. Dans de nombreux cas, ceux qui con\u00e7oivent des plans ont une perspective plus large (orientation vers une vision plus large), et ceux qui ex\u00e9cutent ont une vision plus \u00e9troite (Comment allons-nous faire cela\u00a0?). Une direction n&#039;est pas meilleure que l&#039;autre, mais des malentendus et des perceptions erron\u00e9es peuvent se produire \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, emp\u00eachant l&#039;ex\u00e9cution si ces deux orientations ne sont pas concili\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies et la communication ne garantissent pas l&#039;ex\u00e9cution.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoir une strat\u00e9gie ou des strat\u00e9gies, m\u00eame brillamment con\u00e7ues, n&#039;assure rien. La communication n&#039;offre \u00e9galement aucune assurance que quoi que ce soit sera fait - C&#039;est une combinaison de facteurs qui rend l&#039;ex\u00e9cution tr\u00e8s probable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sentent qu\u2019ils participent d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la strat\u00e9gie et qu\u2019ils sont consult\u00e9s, ils sont plus susceptibles de la mener \u00e0 bien. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/thedecisionlab.com\/biases\/ikea-effect\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Effet IKEA\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/a> est pertinent \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;effet IKEA, du nom du g\u00e9ant su\u00e9dois du meuble pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de tous, d\u00e9crit comment les gens appr\u00e9cient davantage un objet s&#039;ils le fabriquent (ou l&#039;assemblent) eux-m\u00eames. Plus largement, l&#039;effet IKEA montre comment nous avons tendance \u00e0 aimer davantage les choses si nous avons d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des efforts pour les cr\u00e9er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque nous, en tant que membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, avons aid\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des strat\u00e9gies et avons \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s avant l&#039;\u00e9laboration des plans, nous sommes beaucoup plus susceptibles de nous approprier les m\u00eames processus et d&#039;agir en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Simplicit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;Les leaders sont presque toujours de grands simplificateurs.&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Colin Powell<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nous ne pouvons pas d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies \u00ab\u00a0faciles \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter\u00a0\u00bb ou au moins d\u00e9composer des syst\u00e8mes complexes en \u00ab\u00a0morceaux\u00a0\u00bb beaucoup plus simples, nous courons un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 que l&#039;ex\u00e9cution ne se produise pas du tout. Lorsqu&#039;un \u00e9tranger lit votre strat\u00e9gie ou vos strat\u00e9gies, cela doit avoir un sens - lorsqu&#039;un syst\u00e8me est v\u00e9ritablement transparent et divis\u00e9 en objectifs ou piliers th\u00e9matiques de base et distill\u00e9 dans des cadres OKR simplifi\u00e9s, il est beaucoup plus susceptible d&#039;\u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Mangez un \u00e9l\u00e9phant&quot; dit les Africains \u00e0 ceux qui sont submerg\u00e9s, hypoth\u00e9tiquement parlant, bien s\u00fbr - lorsque votre t\u00e2che est de manger un \u00e9l\u00e9phant, la seule fa\u00e7on de le faire est de le faire morceau par morceau. Face \u00e0 une entreprise \u00e9norme, commencez par des choses que vous pouvez facilement faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi les OKR peuvent \u00ab\u00a0combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie et d&#039;ex\u00e9cution\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans des cadres OKR efficaces, la vision de l&#039;entreprise est d\u00e9clin\u00e9e en objectifs strat\u00e9giques, et les objectifs de l&#039;\u00e9quipe sont align\u00e9s sur les objectifs strat\u00e9giques. Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont les \u00ab mesures d&#039;orientation pour actualiser les objectifs \u00bb.
