L\u2019engagement commence par la volont\u00e9 de sortir de votre zone de confort et d\u2019exploiter votre potentiel au maximum de ses capacit\u00e9s. Le fondement de l\u2019engagement est de s\u2019aventurer dans votre \u00ab zone d\u2019apprentissage \u00bb et vos \u00ab zones de croissance \u00bb dans lesquelles vous acceptez un changement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et allez au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019habituel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous \u00eates beaucoup plus susceptible de vous engager lorsque vous \u00eates inspir\u00e9 par la vision et l&#039;objectif convaincants et collectifs de l&#039;entreprise et lorsque vous agissez conform\u00e9ment au syst\u00e8me de valeurs partag\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Elle est vraiment engag\u00e9e lorsqu&#039;un artiste martial met son corps en jeu et se bat avec tout ce qu&#039;il a. De quoi avez-vous besoin pour r\u00e9ussir ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est une bonne pratique essentielle d&#039;\u00e9laborer un plan de communication en faveur de l&#039;actualisation des OKR qui couvre\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La fr\u00e9quence et le cadre des enregistrements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quand et comment les assembl\u00e9es publiques li\u00e9es aux OKR seront organis\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment le coaching et la formation OKR seront utilis\u00e9s comme base du succ\u00e8s des OKR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment nous communiquerons lors des ateliers OKR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une communication concise, claire et inspirante est la pierre angulaire du leadership Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR, par exemple, sont des objectifs de grande envergure, et il est peu probable que des individus ou de petits groupes parviennent \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des objectifs ambitieux.
