Dans cet article, l&#039;accent est mis sur les aspects essentiels des initiatives de transformation r\u00e9ussies et durables au sein du secteur bancaire. Le leadership et les pratiques Agile, les OKR, une culture de croissance et d&#039;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour passer d&#039;une organisation traditionnelle \u00e0 une organisation Agile sont pass\u00e9s au crible.
