Il nous sera bien utile d&#039;agir sur le fait que nous prendrons les meilleures d\u00e9cisions possibles lorsque nous serons dans un \u00e9tat calme, concentr\u00e9 et inspir\u00e9. Le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et les soins personnels pour les dirigeants sont tout aussi importants que le bien-\u00eatre de tous les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et ont un impact sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions judicieuses et percutantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous attendez d&#039;avoir 100% d&#039;informations pour prendre une &quot;d\u00e9cision parfaite&quot;, vous attendrez probablement une \u00e9ternit\u00e9. Les leaders agiles hi\u00e9rarchisent les informations et les rassemblent le plus rapidement possible, sachant que dans la plupart des situations, ils ne disposeront probablement que de 60% d&#039;informations disponibles (s&#039;ils ont de la chance) pour prendre une d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prendre la d\u00e9cision et agir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posez des \u00ab\u00a0questions rapides\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: est-ce vraiment important\u00a0? Et quel impact positif sp\u00e9cifique pouvons-nous avoir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela\u00a0? Avons-nous la capacit\u00e9 de le faire et de le faire bien?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filtrer les activit\u00e9s\/d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 travers le syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise pour s&#039;assurer que ce n&#039;est pas le cas\u00a0: comment pouvons-nous ex\u00e9cuter cela avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et avec l&#039;excellence du client\u00a0?
