Que ces d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques et d&#039;autres se pr\u00e9sentent comme des dilemmes, des probl\u00e8mes chroniques ou des sympt\u00f4mes d&#039;autres probl\u00e8mes, c&#039;est \u00e0 nous, en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipes, de trouver des solutions \u00e0 la fois efficaces et durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le lieu de travail, les gens savent tr\u00e8s bien qui est promu, qui gagne les salaires les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et qui atteint le poste le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. De cette fa\u00e7on, nous apprenons tous et acceptons la concurrence et les situations gagnant-perdant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que peut faire un individu dans ce genre d&#039;environnement pour s&#039;assurer une part raisonnable du g\u00e2teau\u00a0? Il doit concourir plus vigoureusement pour gagner. Lorsque la victoire est obtenue par ces m\u00e9thodes, cela a un co\u00fbt tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 et peut ne pas \u00eatre durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette comp\u00e9tition et cette victoire sont-elles \u00e9galement importantes du point de vue de l&#039;organisation\u00a0? De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les organisations ne s&#039;int\u00e9ressent pas \u00e0 la concurrence et \u00e0 la victoire en soi, bien que de nombreuses pratiques, r\u00e8gles et valeurs organisationnelles encouragent la concurrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;organisation se concentre sur le d\u00e9veloppement de ses membres et la gestion de leur performance afin d&#039;atteindre ses objectifs. Les organisations sont donc aussi des environnements propices \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition et aux situations gagnant-perdant. Gagner, perdre, la concurrence et les r\u00e9compenses sont utilis\u00e9s comme m\u00e9canismes pour encourager de meilleures performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dont nous faisons partie d\u00e9finissent \u00e9galement le succ\u00e8s comme gagner ou perdre. Ce point de vue n\u00e9glige l&#039;une des caract\u00e9ristiques les plus fondamentales de l&#039;humanit\u00e9 - l&#039;existence de diff\u00e9rences individuelles dans les comp\u00e9tences, les capacit\u00e9s et le potentiel \u00e0 la fois physique et psychologique. Si le succ\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu en compromettant les valeurs personnelles et celles de l&#039;entreprise, il ne peut \u00eatre maintenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les inconv\u00e9nients du \u00ab mod\u00e8le gagnant \u00e0 tout prix \u00bb<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que le \u00ab\u00a0crit\u00e8re de r\u00e9ussite\u00a0\u00bb individuel soit si couramment utilis\u00e9, il pr\u00e9sente de nombreux inconv\u00e9nients que vous pourrez \u00e9galement rappeler \u00e0 partir de vos propres exp\u00e9riences. La premi\u00e8re est qu&#039;il ne peut y avoir qu&#039;un nombre limit\u00e9 de gagnants dans chaque situation, dans de nombreux cas un seul gagnant, mais de nombreux perdants. La plupart du temps, m\u00eame le m\u00e9daill\u00e9 d&#039;argent dans un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme &quot;le meilleur des perdants&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre inconv\u00e9nient est que de nombreuses personnes qui connaissent un \u00e9chec ont le sentiment d&#039;\u00eatre des \u00e9checs, simplement parce qu&#039;elles n&#039;ont pas gagn\u00e9. Que pouvons-nous proposer comme alternative \u00e0 la victoire comme crit\u00e8re de r\u00e9ussite ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nous consid\u00e9rons plut\u00f4t le succ\u00e8s comme la mesure dans laquelle chaque individu d\u00e9veloppe, utilise et r\u00e9alise son potentiel, les r\u00e8gles du jeu deviennent beaucoup plus \u00e9quitables. Il sert simultan\u00e9ment d&#039;incitation au d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle d\u00e9place \u00e9galement l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la performance sur la base de crit\u00e8res ext\u00e9rieurs (la performance des autres) vers vous et votre d\u00e9veloppement comme une norme \u2013 qui est un crit\u00e8re intrins\u00e8que de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenant, vous n&#039;\u00eates plus en comp\u00e9tition avec d&#039;autres personnes, mais avec vous-m\u00eame. Certains psychologues sont convaincus que la plupart d&#039;entre nous ne r\u00e9alisons que moins de 5% de notre potentiel au cours de notre vie.
