construire une culture de travail qui peut changer le monde.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le noyau d&#039;une culture de haute performance r\u00e9ussie et durable est la bienveillance. Pour le rendre plus pratique et pour lier la bienveillance et l&#039;empathie \u00e0 une performance durable et \u00e0 une culture de croissance durable, la bienveillance doit se produire aux niveaux suivants -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prendre soin les uns des autres sinc\u00e8rement en tant que famille et en tant qu&#039;individus de la m\u00eame famille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prendre soin des normes et des valeurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es auxquelles nous aspirons collectivement en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se soucier de la connexion, de la coh\u00e9sion et de la collaboration, donc en faisant tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 former des hi\u00e9rarchies rigides et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des effets de silo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont des cadres qui peuvent offrir un grand soutien dans la transformation des cultures et des hi\u00e9rarchies rigides, et la d\u00e9molition des silos \u00bb. Se soucier fortement des objectifs de l&#039;entreprise ainsi que de la vision ultime de l&#039;entreprise est fonction d&#039;une culture d&#039;entreprise dans laquelle les gens se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, valoris\u00e9s et entendus. Aussi, o\u00f9 ils sentent qu&#039;ils sont en mesure d&#039;avoir collectivement un impact fort et positif sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le monde en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une foule nombreuse serait probablement d&#039;accord pour dire que la culture du travail est le contexte de la performance \u2013 Comme le dit le dicton : \u00ab La culture mange la strat\u00e9gie au petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Les plus performants les plus qualifi\u00e9s ne produiront pas les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s pour vous s&#039;ils ne fonctionnent pas dans une \u00e9quipe dynamique et leurs meilleurs efforts individuels seront \u00e9touff\u00e9s par la toxicit\u00e9 dans un environnement tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des \u00e9v\u00e9nements mondiaux tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cents et certains en cours forment des balises qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent le besoin criant de changement positif. Le monde doit changer pour le mieux - cela commence par le fait que chaque individu lib\u00e8re son potentiel afin qu&#039;il puisse apporter sa meilleure contribution positive \u00e0 ce monde. Les entreprises et les petites entreprises doivent se r\u00e9former non seulement pour rechercher le profit, mais aussi pour rechercher un impact positif mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici trois fa\u00e7ons non seulement de construire une culture de travail performante pour augmenter les profits, mais aussi de changer le monde pour le positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Une attention sinc\u00e8re d\u00e9bloque la performance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un nouvel environnement de travail, n&#039;importe qui voudrait d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment savoir quel est son statut dans le groupe s&#039;il appartient vraiment ici, et exactement \u00e0 quel point son emploi est s\u00fbr. Des discussions ponctuelles sur ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de ne suffisent pas, un renforcement coh\u00e9rent et des indices de connexion humaine doivent \u00eatre visibles et cr\u00e9dibles pour que les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe aient un fort sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi les niveaux de performance de certaines personnes hautement intelligentes et qualifi\u00e9es sont-ils consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits au sein d&#039;une \u00e9quipe\u00a0? - S&#039;ils ne sont pas s\u00fbrs de leur statut de groupe et n&#039;ont pas un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#039;emploi ou d&#039;appartenance, ils seront tourment\u00e9s par des pens\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7on de survivre et auront peu de confiance et peu d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour \u00eatre habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 donner le meilleur d&#039;eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une \u00e9tude sur la r\u00e9troaction par une \u00e9quipe de psychologues de Stanford a conduit \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de ce qu&#039;on appelait la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9troaction magique\u00a0\u00bb. Elle a eu profond\u00e9ment plus d&#039;impact que d&#039;autres modes de r\u00e9troaction au cours de l&#039;\u00e9tude. Ce feedback \u00e9tait en fait tr\u00e8s simple et consistait en une seule phrase\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Je vous fais ces commentaires parce que j&#039;ai des attentes tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es et je sais que vous pouvez les atteindre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s une enqu\u00eate approfondie, cette phrase tr\u00e8s puissante contient les indices suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Cela donne le sentiment que vous faites partie de ce groupe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ce groupe est unique et sp\u00e9cial et des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont ancr\u00e9es dans cette culture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Celui qui fournit les commentaires croit en vous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une culture dans laquelle un sentiment d&#039;appartenance, de croyance et des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s et maintenus peut lib\u00e9rer le meilleur des gens. Des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es et le fait d&#039;en prendre soin profond\u00e9ment et collectivement sont les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;une famille performante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atteindre des objectifs ambitieux, des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, des objectifs, des KPI ou tout autre objectif est beaucoup plus simple pour une \u00e9quipe avec un sentiment d&#039;appartenance, avec des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es connues et comprises, et une confiance sinc\u00e8re les uns dans les autres et dans la vision qu&#039;ils recherchent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Transparence radicale<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout se passe \u00e0 la vitesse de la confiance \u00bb \u2013 lorsque les niveaux de confiance sont bas, tout bouge lentement ou s&#039;immobilise. Lorsque les niveaux de confiance sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s, tout peut avancer \u00e0 un rythme rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&#039;une vision et les objectifs connexes d&#039;une entreprise ne sont connus que de quelques privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s, il est tr\u00e8s difficile, voire impossible, de galvaniser une \u00e9quipe autour d&#039;objectifs tourn\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir. Une transparence radicale est requise autour de ce que nous voulons r\u00e9aliser collectivement, pourquoi nous voulons y parvenir (but, sens, impact) et comment nous y parviendrons (favoriser la collaboration, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et le travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une culture de travail dans laquelle la communication est non seulement clairsem\u00e9e mais vague et filtre \u00e0 peine \u00e0 travers une hi\u00e9rarchie \u00e9tablie n&#039;augure rien de bon pour l&#039;avenir. Des rafales courtes mais puissantes de communication orient\u00e9e vers l&#039;action qui responsabilisent les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe sont tr\u00e8s significatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La transparence radicale, dans le contexte de la bienveillance et de l&#039;empathie, soutient une culture de croissance et doit faire partie des mairies, des enregistrements et des r\u00e9unions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des informations inexactes peuvent annuler les strat\u00e9gies, donc la franchise en termes de ce que nous savons et ne savons pas est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des repr\u00e9sentations visuelles fortes non seulement des buts et des objectifs, mais aussi de la vision et du syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise doivent \u00eatre faites et, plus important encore, pratiqu\u00e9es. Lorsqu&#039;une communication claire et positive est \u00e9tay\u00e9e par des repr\u00e9sentations visuelles pr\u00e9cises et fr\u00e9quentes, elle forme une formule puissante qui incite \u00e0 la motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Leadership de service&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Il vaut mieux diriger par derri\u00e8re et mettre les autres devant, surtout quand on f\u00eate la victoire et quand de belles choses arrivent. Vous prenez la ligne de front quand il y a un danger. Ensuite, les gens appr\u00e9cieront votre leadership &#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Nelson Mandela<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une approche c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te pour faire avancer les choses en \u00e9quipe renforce \u00abl&#039;esprit de famille\u00bb, brise le silo et l&#039;effet hi\u00e9rarchique et am\u00e9liore les performances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les matchs de hockey sur parking de Google o\u00f9 la direction et les employ\u00e9s se battent tout aussi dur pour le contr\u00f4le de la &quot; rondelle &quot; et leurs d\u00e9bats ouverts du vendredi o\u00f9 il n&#039;y a pas de hi\u00e9rarchie en jeu, signalent l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9, l&#039;autonomisation et un fort sentiment d&#039;appartenance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour que tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de fasse partie int\u00e9grante d&#039;une culture de travail hautement performante, un leadership de serviteur fort est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.
