Prendre soin les uns des autres en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe, vouloir avoir le meilleur l&#039;un pour l&#039;autre, et aussi tirer le meilleur de l&#039;autre, sont au c\u0153ur des performances de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et des OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les dirigeants ou la direction de l&#039;entreprise sont les gardiens de la culture, et ils donnent le ton et l&#039;environnement pour l&#039;engagement et la performance de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Le leader faisant autorit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un environnement ax\u00e9 sur la vision dans lequel les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe peuvent collaborer de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative et efficace pour atteindre l&#039;objectif final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre des OKR, le leader assurera l&#039;alignement des objectifs sur la vision de l&#039;entreprise et l&#039;alignement des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sur les objectifs. Il ou elle laissera \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe le soin de concevoir des initiatives et des t\u00e2ches pour actualiser les r\u00e9sultats et objectifs cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme ce style est ambitieux avec une orientation future claire \u00e0 l&#039;esprit, il s&#039;int\u00e8gre parfaitement au d\u00e9ploiement des OKR, car les OKR, de par leur conception, sont \u00e9galement orient\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir et ambitieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Le chef des entra\u00eeneurs.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette approche fournit un soutien, un coaching et un mentorat continus pour atteindre les objectifs futurs et relie les objectifs individuels aux objectifs de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;objectif de ce coaching n&#039;est pas le pass\u00e9 ni l&#039;approche de correction des comportements pass\u00e9s, mais plut\u00f4t la motivation et l&#039;autonomisation vers un avenir souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Id\u00e9alement, le leader du coaching veille \u00e0 ce que les s\u00e9ances de coaching soient courtes, cibl\u00e9es et pratiques tout en \u00e9tant inspirantes. En pr\u00e9parant des questions stimulantes qui aident les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 trouver les r\u00e9ponses par eux-m\u00eames, le leader assure un environnement de d\u00e9veloppement positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Le leader affiliatif. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce style consiste \u00e0 connecter les gens, \u00e0 \u00eatre inclusifs et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er l&#039;harmonie au sein d&#039;une \u00e9quipe. Ce style est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 d&#039;empathie mais doit \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les gens se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein d&#039;une \u00e9quipe car ils se sentent inclus, valoris\u00e9s et se voient souvent rappeler leur valeur pour l&#039;\u00e9quipe, ils sont susceptibles de donner le meilleur d&#039;eux-m\u00eames pour cette \u00e9quipe. Cependant, s&#039;ils ont des doutes et ne savent pas exactement ce qu&#039;ils doivent r\u00e9aliser collectivement, les membres individuels de l&#039;\u00e9quipe ne se sentiront pas en mesure de donner le meilleur d&#039;eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9quipes harmonieuses recherchent la proximit\u00e9, souhaitent souvent des interactions et des \u00e9changes rapides pour s&#039;entraider dans l&#039;action et se montrer solidaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gardez les enregistrements OKR courts et tr\u00e8s pratiques. Les \u00e9changes doivent \u00eatre courts, \u00e9gaux et \u00e0 la fois positifs et utiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Le leader d\u00e9mocrate. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce style est davantage ax\u00e9 sur l&#039;\u00e9coute que sur la direction. Lorsque vous \u00e9coutez vraiment, vous apprenez beaucoup. Ce style peut mener au succ\u00e8s mais doit \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 avec un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de soutien, d&#039;empathie et une culture positive, sinon l&#039;\u00e9puisement professionnel et un personnel \u00e9lev\u00e9. le chiffre d&#039;affaires peut avoir des effets secondaires n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce style peut \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 avec le style de leadership du coaching et lorsque le leader intervient, cela doit \u00eatre fait pour montrer un exemple positif et pour soutenir et aider les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&#039;un leader \u00ab retrousse ses manches \u00bb lors d&#039;initiatives et d&#039;activit\u00e9s OKR et qu&#039;il y participe, cela pourrait bien \u00eatre l&#039;exemple dont les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe avaient besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Leadership coercitif.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce style concerne le commandement et le contr\u00f4le et est une approche autocratique. Cette approche doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s s\u00e9lective et uniquement en cas de crise, dans des situations o\u00f9 il y a tr\u00e8s peu ou pas de temps pour la collaboration et la prise de d\u00e9cision collective.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">lorsque ce style est surutilis\u00e9, il conduira g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 une culture toxique et, finalement, \u00e0 de mauvaises performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque la crise l&#039;exige, un dirigeant doit parfois simplement donner des ordres lors des
