Concentrez-vous<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est facile d&#039;\u00eatre submerg\u00e9 par les forces ext\u00e9rieures du march\u00e9, une multitude d&#039;options et des conflits internes. Il n&#039;est pas toujours tr\u00e8s simple de discerner imm\u00e9diatement quelles sont les initiatives de changement et les opportunit\u00e9s de croissance utiles et potentiellement les plus impactantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essayer de tout mesurer litt\u00e9ralement et de tout essayer pour voir ce qui \u00ab colle \u00bb n&#039;est pas durable et cr\u00e9era de la confusion et du chaos. Les \u00e9quipes de direction doivent cr\u00e9er \u00e0 la fois de la clart\u00e9 et de la transparence sur la meilleure voie \u00e0 suivre potentielle pour qu&#039;il y ait un succ\u00e8s durable. Les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9s ouvertement et faire l&#039;objet d&#039;une collaboration pour avoir l&#039;effet souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Un fort accent sur les quelques priorit\u00e9s soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es qui sont susceptibles de &quot;faire bouger le plus l&#039;aiguille&quot; est un bon d\u00e9but. Au d\u00e9part, en raison de l&#039;excitation suscit\u00e9e par le d\u00e9ploiement des OKR pour la premi\u00e8re fois, quelques entreprises peuvent aller trop loin et d\u00e9finir trop d&#039;objectifs et de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, ce qui est souvent contre-productif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une culture majoritairement toxique peut \u00e9touffer toute avanc\u00e9e m\u00eame lorsque la fixation des Objectifs et des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 parfaitement ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e. Dans cet environnement, il serait prudent de changer d&#039;abord la culture gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cadre d&#039;OKR positif et performant ax\u00e9 sur la culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9lection d&#039;un cadre OKR align\u00e9 sur une priorit\u00e9 absolue de l&#039;organisation, puis l&#039;accent mis sur celui-ci est un bon moyen de commencer votre parcours OKR. Focus apporte des r\u00e9sultats et les r\u00e9sultats engendrent plus de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La concentration durable peut en effet \u00eatre une superpuissance et peut cr\u00e9er des r\u00e9sultats magnifiques. Lorsqu&#039;une \u00e9quipe enti\u00e8re se concentre comme un laser sur ses initiatives, ses t\u00e2ches et ses r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, cela a un effet multiplicateur positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Alignez et connectez pour le travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s efficacement, ils peuvent briser l&#039;effet de silo et favoriser la collaboration interd\u00e9partementale. L&#039;alignement horizontal et vertical peut augmenter la transparence, la motivation et la collaboration et am\u00e9liorer le travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;alignement vertical signifie aligner les objectifs sur le seul \u00ab\u00a0grand objectif\u00a0\u00bb de l&#039;entreprise, la vision. L&#039;alignement vertical consiste \u00e0 partager les initiatives et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s entre diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes et\/ou d\u00e9partements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;approche descendante qu&#039;un certain nombre d&#039;entreprises d\u00e9ploient encore a entra\u00een\u00e9 plusieurs effets secondaires n\u00e9gatifs -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela ralentit l&#039;entreprise et rend tr\u00e8s difficile la concurrence avec des organisations plus agiles. Les niveaux d&#039;engagement des employ\u00e9s sont affect\u00e9s n\u00e9gativement car il est tr\u00e8s difficile de s&#039;approprier les d\u00e9cisions et les initiatives si vous n&#039;avez absolument pas eu votre mot \u00e0 dire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une culture toxique de n\u00e9gativit\u00e9, de travail lent, de mauvaise communication, d&#039;absent\u00e9isme et de mauvaise performance au travail est souvent le r\u00e9sultat d&#039;une approche \u00ab descendante \u00bb exclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluez autant de membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe qui peuvent ajouter de la valeur aux performances du cadre OKR. Favorisez la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et collaborez \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et d\u00e9cidez des initiatives cl\u00e9s qui donneraient les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le leadership consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er plus de leaders et \u00e0 responsabiliser les gens. Autonomiser les gens ne consiste pas \u00e0 faire leur travail pour eux, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement positif et favorable pour eux dans lequel le succ\u00e8s est plus simplifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont partag\u00e9s et que tout le monde est tr\u00e8s bien inform\u00e9, les d\u00e9partements ou les \u00e9quipes sont beaucoup plus susceptibles de vouloir travailler ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;inspiration et l&#039;engagement sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s d&#039;un travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe efficace. Inspirer les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe vers un \u00e9tat futur collectif et souhait\u00e9 est une fonction essentielle du leadership. La transparence, la collaboration, le coaching positif et le soutien sont tous des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 augmenter les niveaux d&#039;engagement des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Suivre la responsabilit\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux logiciels existent en tant que catalyseurs pour suivre les progr\u00e8s et les initiatives \u00e0 l&#039;appui de vos cadres OKR. \u00ab\u00a0Loin des yeux, loin du c\u0153ur\u00a0\u00bb comme on dit et le suivi visible des r\u00e9sultats est essentiel \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 la transparence et \u00e0 la motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les assembl\u00e9es publiques, les r\u00e9unions et les enregistrements sont des plateformes non seulement pour suivre les performances, mais aussi pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer, informer et collaborer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le suivi assidu des performances des OKR est \u00e9galement un outil d&#039;autonomisation \u00e0 utiliser pour la prise de d\u00e9cision. Dans un environnement toxique, les employ\u00e9s verront simplement les OKR comme accablants et n\u00e9gatifs. Dans une culture positive et performante Les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s seront per\u00e7us comme une source d&#039;inspiration lorsqu&#039;ils seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s
