class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est une observation joyeuse de t\u00e9moigner d&#039;une \u00e9quipe en \u00ab\u00a0flux\u00a0\u00bb, presque sans effort, qui donne le meilleur d&#039;elle-m\u00eame. Les \u00e9quipes sportives ou commerciales s&#039;ex\u00e9cutant presque \u00e0 la perfection sont rares, mais dans une culture qui soutient vraiment la performance, d&#039;excellentes performances peuvent devenir la norme \u00e0 quelques rares exceptions pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est un d\u00e9fi de taille que d&#039;actualiser les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s. Chaque membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et chaque \u00e9quipe au sein d&#039;une organisation doit lib\u00e9rer son potentiel, individuellement et collectivement, afin de performer constamment \u00e0 un haut niveau d&#039;excellence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les individus combinant leurs comp\u00e9tences, lib\u00e9rant leur potentiel, se compl\u00e9tant et se comprenant se r\u00e9unissent comme une \u0153uvre d&#039;art rare presque parfaite qui pla\u00eet \u00e0 tous les yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde a encore du potentiel, comme Vince Lombardy s&#039;est exclam\u00e9 : &quot;Le potentiel signifie simplement que vous ne l&#039;avez pas encore fait&quot;. Qui t&#039;a dit que tu n&#039;\u00e9tais pas assez bon ? Souvent, les limites n&#039;existent que dans notre propre esprit, car c&#039;est \u00abla critique int\u00e9rieure\u00bb qui nous dit que nous ne sommes pas assez bons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que leaders, nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de limiter les croyances \u00e0 s&#039;envenimer au sein d&#039;une \u00e9quipe. A nous de mod\u00e9liser le comportement de confiance, de parler en cons\u00e9quence, et de coacher nos \u00e9quipes pour briser les croyances limitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Droit&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque la croyance s&#039;est install\u00e9e qu&#039;en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral tous nous doivent quelque chose et que nous avons droit \u00e0 tout ce qui nous est donn\u00e9, et droit \u00e0 des choses qui ne nous sont pas donn\u00e9es, nous cr\u00e9ons des conflits et nous attendons que les autres agissent avant nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sentiment de droit bloque les performances et \u00e9touffe la collaboration. Le monde ne nous doit rien au lieu de cela ce que nous devons aux autres est la meilleure forme de nous-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>attribution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains pensent que lorsqu&#039;un titre leur est d\u00e9cern\u00e9, ils doivent le m\u00e9riter et poss\u00e9der d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes les qualit\u00e9s requises pour le titre et n&#039;ont donc pas \u00e0 gagner le titre et \u00e0 lui donner un sens par un travail acharn\u00e9 et intelligent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&#039;un individu \u00ab souffre \u00bb d&#039;une attribution, la croyance a l&#039;effet secondaire malheureux de penser qu&#039;il ou elle peut faire ce qu&#039;il\/elle veut car le titre est \u00ab au-dessus de la loi \u00bb pour ainsi dire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sentiment d&#039;attribution fait que les gens \u00abse reposent sur leurs lauriers\u00bb, ce qui est un gros d\u00e9tracteur de la performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrogance (Ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n&#039;y a rien de mal \u00e0 avoir des niveaux de confiance \u00e9lev\u00e9s, c&#039;est plut\u00f4t une exigence pour un succ\u00e8s durable, mais croire que vous \u00eates meilleur que tout le monde et que vous ne pouvez pas faire d&#039;erreurs, cela signifie que votre confiance s&#039;est transform\u00e9e en arrogance et affectera n\u00e9gativement votre performance \u00e0 un certain stade. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce qui lib\u00e8re le potentiel ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Autonomisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Alors que nous nous tournons vers le si\u00e8cle prochain, les leaders seront ceux qui responsabiliseront les autres&quot;<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;autonomisation consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement ou une culture permettant aux autres d&#039;atteindre un succ\u00e8s durable de la mani\u00e8re la plus simple possible. Il ne s&#039;agit pas de travailler pour les autres, mais plut\u00f4t de cr\u00e9er un environnement collaboratif, cr\u00e9atif et ax\u00e9 sur le travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe, soutenu par les ressources n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autonomiser les autres, c&#039;est aussi fournir le soutien, l&#039;encadrement et le mentorat n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir. L&#039;autonomisation, c&#039;est aussi \u00ab se mettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cart \u00bb, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e9viter autant que possible la microgestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, la co-cr\u00e9ation d&#039;objectifs, de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s et de t\u00e2ches de soutien, en obtenant et en appr\u00e9ciant la contribution de chacun, est un exercice d&#039;autonomisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contraire de l&#039;engagement est l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;apathie. L&#039;apathie signifie simplement que l&#039;individu ne s&#039;en soucie pas vraiment et qu&#039;il essaiera seulement d&#039;en faire juste assez pour ne pas se faire virer. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des niveaux d&#039;engagement des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe est leur engagement envers l&#039;organisation et ses objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est une d\u00e9cision individuelle dans quelle mesure un individu sera engag\u00e9. Cette d\u00e9cision est cependant influenc\u00e9e par plusieurs facteurs sur lesquels la direction d&#039;une organisation a le contr\u00f4le, tels que, mais sans s&#039;y limiter\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-4ec96e\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>La clart\u00e9 et l&#039;esprit de communication au sein de l&#039;organisation<\/li><li>Clart\u00e9 des buts, des objectifs et des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, des KPI et des t\u00e2ches<\/li><li>R\u00e9compense et reconnaissance<\/li><li>Qualit\u00e9 du coaching et de l&#039;accompagnement<\/li><li>Une vision et un objectif clairs et inspirants<\/li><li>Un syst\u00e8me de valeurs partag\u00e9es qui cr\u00e9e des normes de comportement claires et positives<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;objectif collectif d&#039;une entreprise de l&#039;industrie de la beaut\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre de faire en sorte que les gens (le consommateur) se sentent confiants et beaux et profitent davantage de la vie. Si cet objectif est sinc\u00e8re, souvent discut\u00e9, et qu&#039;un grand pourcentage des employ\u00e9s des entreprises portent cet objectif dans leur c\u0153ur, cela augmentera les niveaux d&#039;\u00e9nergie des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe pour agir comme -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sens du but donne un sens au travail et le rend plus percutant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confiance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est essentiel que les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe aient confiance en eux, mais aussi qu&#039;ils aient confiance les uns envers les autres et envers l&#039;organisation. Lorsque le doute de soi l&#039;emporte, les performances sont consid\u00e9rablement affect\u00e9es et il devient de plus en plus difficile d&#039;atteindre les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe doivent \u00eatre guid\u00e9s vers des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de confiance en soi et coach\u00e9s lorsqu&#039;elle est faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est de notre devoir en tant que leaders de cr\u00e9er des entreprises percutantes et pour avoir un impact, nous devons lib\u00e9rer le potentiel des membres de notre \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apprenez \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer le potentiel des membres de votre \u00e9quipe en rejoignant
