gens. Actuellement, les m\u00e9dias sociaux et plusieurs autres plateformes partagent les actes ou les d\u00e9clarations des dirigeants du monde entier. Les cadres OKR, bien qu&#039;ils soient d&#039;excellents catalyseurs de performance, ne suffisent pas \u00e0 eux seuls \u00e0 assurer une performance durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9sence d&#039;un leadership fort et son absence ont plusieurs cons\u00e9quences, ces cons\u00e9quences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9cues par tous sous une forme ou une autre et sont affich\u00e9es, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es ou subies en public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, s&#039;il s&#039;agissait d&#039;une question aussi simple de d\u00e9finir d&#039;abord ce qu&#039;est un leader et ensuite d&#039;\u00eatre r\u00e9ellement un leader, alors tout le monde en serait un. Il est devenu totalement irr\u00e9aliste de s&#039;attendre \u00e0 ce que les gens se soucient de la vision et de l&#039;objectif de l&#039;entreprise si l&#039;entreprise ne se soucie pas de la vision personnelle et de l&#039;objectif personnel des individus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a des d\u00e9cennies, les conf\u00e9renciers et les \u00e9crivains ax\u00e9s sur le leadership public et les ressources humaines \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 cat\u00e9goriques dans leurs discours sur \u00abchercher d&#039;abord \u00e0 comprendre avant de chercher \u00e0 \u00eatre compris et parlaient abondamment de\u00ab comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales telles que la communication et le coaching pour soutenir les employ\u00e9s dans leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel et leur cheminement de carri\u00e8re \u00bb. . Vous pouvez \u00eatre parfait pour fixer des objectifs et r\u00e9diger des cadres OKR parfaits, mais la bonne communication et la bonne culture doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes pour soutenir la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est facile d&#039;en parler, c&#039;en est une autre d&#039;en assurer l&#039;application pratique. Les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives amplifient les ego, les peurs, les d\u00e9fis, les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et les droits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vrais et forts leaders serviteurs sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des optimistes. \u00catre optimiste ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que vous devez nier le n\u00e9gatif, vous choisissez simplement de vous concentrer davantage sur le positif et de trouver les solutions les plus efficaces possibles pour le n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les enseignants bouddhistes ont compar\u00e9 l&#039;esprit humain \u00e0 un singe sauvage, courant rapidement et changeant de direction sans but. C&#039;est la condition de l&#039;esprit humain jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit contr\u00f4l\u00e9 - Et vous seul pouvez contr\u00f4ler votre propre esprit, personne ne peut ou ne le fera jamais pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par souci d&#039;illustration, appelons un \u00ab loup \u00bb positif et un autre n\u00e9gatif, et les deux \u00ab loups \u00bb sont vivants dans votre esprit. La r\u00e9ponse est simple - Celui que vous nourrissez le plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vrais leaders serviteurs nourrissent le plus le \u00ab\u00a0loup positif\u00a0\u00bb mais ne nient pas qu&#039;il existe une bataille entre les deux loups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit du leadership.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fa\u00e7on dont vous vous r\u00e9veillez est largement d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la fa\u00e7on dont vous vous \u00eates endormi la nuit pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (avec un esprit positif, calme et d\u00e9tendu ou avec un esprit troubl\u00e9 et n\u00e9gatif). Un nombre croissant de \u00ab gourous \u00bb du leadership, de l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit et de la performance enseignent un rituel matinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moi aussi, je recommande fortement un rituel du matin pour concentrer l&#039;esprit, mais une recommandation plus forte est d&#039;avoir un rituel du soir pour assurer le calme, la positivit\u00e9 et la relaxation. Les rituels du matin n&#039;ont pas beaucoup d&#039;importance si vous vous r\u00e9veillez avec un esprit d\u00e9bord\u00e9 et n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vous recommande \u00e9galement d&#039;adapter vos rituels \u00e0 ce que vous aimez r\u00e9ellement et de ne pas vous forcer \u00e0 faire des choses que vous d\u00e9testez d\u00e8s le matin ou avant d&#039;aller vous coucher. Je ne propose ici que des directives flexibles et simplifi\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ne laissez pas vos rituels du soir et du matin devenir un \u00ab fardeau de temps \u00bb 10 \u00e0 20 minutes suffisent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Faites une chose qui calme votre esprit, quelle qu&#039;elle soit, cela pourrait \u00eatre la m\u00e9ditation, la pri\u00e8re, \u00e9couter de la musique, lire, faire des exercices de respiration, etc., pendant quelques minutes le soir avant de vous coucher et le matin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Faites une chose le matin qui active la circulation sanguine, cela pourrait \u00eatre quelques pompes, un peu de yoga ou boxer un sac de boxe pendant quelques minutes. Il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;exercice pour am\u00e9liorer la condition physique et perdre du poids, il s&#039;agit uniquement d&#039;activer les \u00abhormones du bien-\u00eatre dans le corps\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Concentrez-vous l&#039;esprit le matin, avant de vous engager dans vos habitudes normales telles que pr\u00e9parer votre caf\u00e9 ou votre petit-d\u00e9jeuner. J&#039;encourage les dirigeants que je coache \u00e0 \u00e9couter en profondeur un enregistrement de leur vision personnelle et de l&#039;entreprise, de leur objectif, de leurs valeurs, de leurs cadres OKR et de visualiser le plus clairement possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les leaders forts ont une mentalit\u00e9 de croissance et \u00e9tirent leur esprit, leurs comp\u00e9tences et leurs personnes vers la r\u00e9ussite.
