Dans cet article, l&#039;accent sera mis sur les trois le\u00e7ons cl\u00e9s et les plus percutantes que j&#039;ai apprises sur les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s. Un objectif fort est une base pour l&#039;excellence dans le d\u00e9ploiement des OKR. Cela et d&#039;autres apprentissages seront explor\u00e9s plus en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les concepts de performance personnelle et professionnelle m&#039;ont toujours fascin\u00e9. Lorsque vous demandez du changement, vous demandez aux gens de sortir des limites de leur zone de confort. Les gens ont tendance \u00e0 ne pas collaborer de mani\u00e8re durable lorsqu&#039;ils y sont contraints.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspirer votre \u00e9quipe avec un fort sens de l&#039;objectif, une vision passionnante et un sentiment d&#039;appartenance \u00e0 travers le partage de valeurs aboutit \u00e0 une collaboration durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les OKR sont tourn\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir. Si la majorit\u00e9 de vos pens\u00e9es sont dirig\u00e9es vers le pass\u00e9 et que vous avez tendance \u00e0 vous accrocher aux comportements pass\u00e9s m\u00eame s&#039;ils \u00e9taient improductifs, la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie des OKR sera hautement improbable, voire impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes les t\u00e2ches doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, \u00e0 leur tour, doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s sur les objectifs, et enfin et surtout, les objectifs doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s sur la vision ultime de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mauvais alignement entra\u00eene g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mauvaises performances et, en outre, cr\u00e9e de la confusion parmi les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les questions critiques \u00e0 poser pour assurer l&#039;alignement autant que possible devraient \u00eatre\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.
