Des phrases po\u00e9tiques se sont mari\u00e9es \u00e0 des riffs de guitare \u00e9mouvants qui parlaient \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9ternel. Tambour et base le rythme fondamental comme un catalyseur pour atteindre la lune et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La passion est le premier ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 verser dans la tasse de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs, mais cela vaut la peine de le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; si le coeur ne trouve pas une rime parfaite avec la t\u00eate alors votre passion ne veut rien dire. La passion qui persiste en tant que sentiment cach\u00e9 aggrav\u00e9 par des pens\u00e9es \u00e9motionnelles ne peut se traduire par une action significative qui change le cours des organisations et change le monde. Les dirigeants et les gestionnaires sont meilleurs lorsqu&#039;ils sont passionn\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La passion doit \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e par une structure pour s&#039;\u00e9panouir. Intrins\u00e8que \u00e0 cette structure doit \u00eatre l&#039;action, le type d&#039;action qui saisit perp\u00e9tuellement l&#039;excellence comme \u00e9talon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structure ne doit cependant pas \u00eatre trop rigide \u2013 comme l&#039;a dit Bill James :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;La standardisation conduit \u00e0 la rigidit\u00e9 et la rigidit\u00e9 fait casser les choses<\/p>\n<cite>Bill James<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela concerne directement le d\u00e9licat \u00e9quilibre entre le leadership (inspiration) et la gestion (contr\u00f4le). Trop de rigidit\u00e9 pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes au d\u00e9triment de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de la collaboration d\u00e9motive et fatigue les personnes dont vous avez besoin pour \u00eatre \u00e0 leur meilleur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, trop d&#039;inspiration et trop peu de r\u00e8gles (SOPS, mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, contr\u00f4les financiers) cr\u00e9ent le chaos et les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. C&#039;est en effet un art d&#039;atteindre un \u00e9quilibre sain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le respect des personnes, une attention sinc\u00e8re et un partage des valeurs et des r\u00eaves doivent \u00eatre entrelac\u00e9s dans toutes les SOPS et autres r\u00e8gles pour qu&#039;il soit infus\u00e9 avec les bons niveaux d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour le maintenir. Les dirigeants et les gestionnaires sont les gardiens de la culture de l&#039;entreprise ax\u00e9e sur les objectifs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un cadre d&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs doit \u00eatre suffisamment flexible pour permettre la collaboration, le pivotement si n\u00e9cessaire, la r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9ative de probl\u00e8mes et un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de croissance positif pour s&#039;\u00e9panouir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bonne dose de passion et d&#039;inspiration doit circuler dans la structure de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs pour qu&#039;elle soit une source d&#039;\u00e9nergie et de motivation aboutissant \u00e0 une performance durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme les cadres OKR sont orient\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir, ax\u00e9s sur la passion, bas\u00e9s sur la collaboration mais structur\u00e9s, cet hybride d&#039;habitude et de passion en fait la \u00ab\u00a0rock star de la d\u00e9finition d&#039;objectifs\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi certaines Rockstars surpassent-elles d&#039;autres pendant des d\u00e9cennies, et pourquoi certains dirigeants et managers surpassent-ils d&#039;autres ? \u2013 lorsque la vision et le but sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 soi lorsque les valeurs fondent des pens\u00e9es \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9es passionn\u00e9es et les transforment en magie pratique, alors, et alors seulement, la croissance 10x peut \u00eatre non seulement une possibilit\u00e9 mais une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s commencent par un solide pourquoi (but).
