Fonder les d\u00e9cisions sur les faits actuels peut constituer une base solide pour le succ\u00e8s futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google et plusieurs autres g\u00e9ants mondiaux ont attribu\u00e9 une grande partie de leur croissance ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale au d\u00e9ploiement de cadres OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cadres d&#039;OKR d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s efficacement peuvent \u00eatre un \u00e9norme facteur contribuant \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tablissement et au maintien d&#039;une culture de haute performance et de croissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principaux combats pour les dirigeants<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;engagement des parties prenantes, la promotion d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de valeurs partag\u00e9es entre les employ\u00e9s, l&#039;\u00e9thique de travail g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et la performance durable ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre quelques-uns des d\u00e9fis g\u00e9n\u00e9raux auxquels les d\u00e9positaires sont confront\u00e9s.
