Au moins, le salaire est correct - il essayait d&#039;ins\u00e9rer une pens\u00e9e positive entre le bombardement de n\u00e9gativit\u00e9 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David essayait d&#039;\u00e9viter le directeur de production alors qu&#039;il martelait l&#039;un des objectifs trimestriels de r\u00e9duction des rejets de qualit\u00e9, mais il n&#039;a pas eu de chance, il est entr\u00e9 dans une r\u00e9union surprise &quot;stand-up&quot; organis\u00e9e par le m\u00eame directeur de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelque chose \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent, le directeur de production avait un grand sourire sur son visage et ses yeux rayonnaient d&#039;\u00e9nergie\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Oui, comme pr\u00e9vu, je vais vous rappeler nos objectifs critiques pour ce trimestre et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;appui, mais il y a quelque chose que je dois partager\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&#039;ai longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la raison pour laquelle nous vous demandons plus d&#039;efforts en tant qu&#039;\u00e9quipe. Une chose dont j&#039;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fier, c&#039;est le nombre d&#039;emplois que nous cr\u00e9ons dans cette communaut\u00e9. Cela va plus loin que cela, pour chaque emploi que nous cr\u00e9ons, nous nourrissons et autonomisons une famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donner du sens au travail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons actuellement plus de onze mille employ\u00e9s sur tous les quarts de travail, ce qui signifie que cette entreprise nourrit onze mille familles dans cette communaut\u00e9. Cela va au-del\u00e0 du simple paiement des salaires, c&#039;est un r\u00e9el impact micro-\u00e9conomique, c&#039;est un r\u00e9el impact soci\u00e9tal. C&#039;est un objectif essentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est le vrai but de notre travail, nous nourrissons les familles, nous envoyons les enfants \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole. C&#039;est pourquoi je viens travailler, c&#039;est pourquoi je porte de l&#039;amour dans mon c\u0153ur pour ce que je fais. Cela me donne l&#039;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour poursuivre les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, car lorsque nous les concr\u00e9tisons, nous nourrissons plus de familles tout en gardant nos clients heureux \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;instinct naturel et initial de David \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un bouclier mental de n\u00e9gativit\u00e9 - &quot;Juste des mots pour nous manipuler, donnez-moi juste mon salaire&quot;, \u00e9tait le bavardage mental qui se poursuivait dans son esprit. Pourtant, aujourd&#039;hui, c&#039;\u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent, les paroles des directeurs de production \u00e9taient sinc\u00e8res, et c&#039;\u00e9tait vrai maintenant que David y pensait, cette entreprise nourrit onze mille familles, et oui, il y a de quoi \u00eatre fier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le directeur de production baissa la voix alors que les mots charg\u00e9s d&#039;\u00e9motion sortaient de sa langue : \u00ab Nous ne r\u00e9duisons donc pas les rejets de qualit\u00e9 juste pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. NON! Nous r\u00e9duisons les rejets de qualit\u00e9 pour que les onze mille familles que nous nourrissons puissent \u00eatre fi\u00e8res de ce que nous repr\u00e9sentons. La qualit\u00e9 est un principe familial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec ces mots, l&#039;\u00e9nergie dans la pi\u00e8ce s&#039;\u00e9leva de mani\u00e8re tangible. Un sentiment d&#039;utilit\u00e9 s&#039;est fait sentir collectivement.
